“La zona exterior con piscina es estupenda. El interior de las vivienda es mejorable. Faltan cubiertos y utensilios de cocina. Para acceder a la segunda habitación hay que pasar por la primera.”

“Väldigt vänlig, trevlig hjälpsam husägare! Huset är enkel precis som man ser på bilderna men bekväm. Vi var familj med tre barn( 16, 13, och 5 år).Allt som behövs finns i huset! Till och med Parasoll, barnleksaker till stranden Huset ligger ca 10 minuters gång avstånd till Centrum( genväg) och 6-7 minuter till stranden. Barnvänligt. Stannar man längre rekommenderas att hyra bil för åka söderut mot Cala Gonone och ta båtresa därifrån! Norr om San Teodoro finns det Cala Brandinchi att ta bilen...

“Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung und haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Betten gut und eine toll ausgestattete Küche. Das absolute Highlight ist die große, überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf die Felder, Berge und das Meer. Das konnte wir bis in den Abend hinein beim Zirpen der Grillen genießen. Fausto und seine Familie sind da, wenn man es wünscht. Wir kommen gern wieder. ”

“We stayed at Porto Istana for 10 days and it was an outstanding experience. The home is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The pool area, BBQ and outside living space is absolutely perfect…not to mention the VIEWS! It is possible to walk to the beach - a bit of a distance but we did it many days. There is a great bar called Geko that serves cocktails and great pizza / lunch. You will not go wrong choosing this home!”

“It was a nightmare week for us. Great property but not as advertised. They didn’t give us an accurate location until we arrived in San Teodoro to a property we thought we were going to. It was advertised to be in San Teodoro but it was 4km away from San Teodoro, in Straulas. We didn’t have a car, we were stranded, it was very difficult and very expensive to get a taxi, the buses were limited which meant we could only access San Teodoro for a short period of time, the children were miserably...

“Wir haben ein super schönes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Es war sehr sauber, ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt, ein gutes Bett und eine schöne Terrasse. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft von Miret und Angelo. Ein zauberhaftes Paar, dass uns eine wunderbare Woche beschert hat. Wir wurden bekocht, mit frischem Gemüse aus dem Garten versorgt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in der Stadt oder an den vielen schönen Stränden. “The view from the many terraces at this home was utterly amazing. Jaw dropping. It’s a large home with two separate guest room houses - which wasn’t 100% clear when we booked it. You definitely need a car here to get to the beach or any market or restaurant. There’s a small kitchen with a dishwasher and tons of plates/glassware (in a separate room). We even found a cooler for beach picnics. There is A/C in the bedrooms (tho one didn’t work while we were there) but not in the main shared spaces....

“Die Lage und der Blick sind ein Traum und entschädigt die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Im Haus muss einiges renoviert und modernisiert werden und eine Klimaanlage wäre wirklich eine Bereicherung. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt und die Vermieterin Maria ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie war immer sehr bemüht und versuchte alle Mängel zu beseitigen. Eine positive Überraschung war, dass es doch WLAN im Haus gab. Wenn es irgendwann eine Klimaanlage gibt kommen wir...

“Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir können es sehr empfehlen. Das WLAN ist sehr langsam und 300 Euro in bar als Kaution waren vorher allerdings nicht kommuniziert. Sonst perfekt ”
