“Overall, this house has everything that you’d need for a wonderful getaway. Great location, just a quick 5 min drive to downtown. Next time, I think the cleaning company they use should use cooler sheets for the summer months (not flannel sheets) and be a little more efficient with cleaning each bedroom. We found empty chip bags and random items that were likely missed. This didn’t ruin our stay by any means but something to keep in mind for the next guest.”

“Wonderful little cabin nestled in the woods just a couple miles from Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski. Ample room for a large group with kids. Parking is not a problem (driveway is paved and plowed). 2-car garage was also convenient. The main criticism is that this place is old and not well maintained. The house was buried in rock hard snow (blocking windows, decks, even the garbage can locker). Rugs are from the 70's and the mattresses on the beds are sunken in. The heaters are not well controllable...

“Getting to the house was a challenge since it was up hill with snowy roads. Make sure to have 4wd or awd. Upon arrival, we had two driveways to park our vehicles. Too bad the garage was unavailable. My EV loss some range over the icy cold nights. Upon walking up the door, I didn't know there would be cameras. Check in was easy with the provided code. The cabin inside was very comfy. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals except the stove's buttons were not working properly....

“I stayed here with my husband, dog and three adult children for a week in the summer and found this house perfect for our needs. The house is spacious, very well appointed, and within minutes of everything we needed - a short walk to Trout Creek Adventure Center and a short drive to old town Truckee, Lake Donner, and more hiking/biking trails than we could possibly use. The management company was on top of all of our questions and needs and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. We hope...

“The house was updated and clean, and offered plenty of bed space. The hot tub and view from the deck were amenities we appreciated. We had issues with the Wifi and called the owner, but never received a response. We ended up restarting the router and it worked. Also, the microwave did not work, and one of the bedroom televisions was missing a power cord and the remote did not work. The owner was notified of the issues. ”
