“I needed an assessable room and asked for it during and after booking my room like it said to do and was told I would I get this request. After a very long day at the hospital w/dad we checked in w/ help from hotel staff and made it to our nice comfortable room that had all of the needs for a disabled person! Finally someone did what they said they would do!”

“The parking credit could not be used at the valet parking! No information regarding this! The checkout process was not good”

“Hissarna fungerade inte och rummen saknar kylskåp. Vi valde detta hotell eftersom det ligger nära NRG stadium men tyvärr vara alla grindar som vätter mot gångvägarna till stadion låsta och gick inte att öppna enligt receptionen. Vi var tvungna att gå runt flera kvarter för att komma fram.”

“A descent hotel, we only stayed one night. The room didn’t have a sealing light which made it very dark in the room. The carpet was good, it didn’t feel as filthy as the other hotels we’ve been to. But still need to be renovated, very outdated furniture. ”
