“We were in town for the Derby and this was a perfect place to stay. The view from the front porch is amazing, I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. The house is well appointed with everything you need and was very comfortable. The hosts are very generous with all the goodies they left for us and now you have lifelong Woodford drinkers!”

“Your place was in the perfect location for all of the activities that we did while staying there…close to our friends’ house, close to wedding ceremony church, close to reception church and close to restaurants and Walmart. We so enjoyed sitting on the back porch and walking over to the cemetery. It was the perfect size for our family and grandchildren. Thank you.”

“We loved the loft overlooking the living room and fireplace, and the balconies on both levels. Lots of space for our family of six. Soft, cozy carpeting on the stairs and in both bedrooms. Large, open equipped kitchen. Hot tub and sauna in one bathroom. The ONLY thing we did not like was many of the lighting fixtures had harsh, bright white LED bulbs. We stuck to using only the ones with more comfortable warm tones. Otherwise we had a wonderful, carefree stay! Highly recommend.”

“This was perfect for what we wanted. We were less than 10 mins to the boat ramp. The cabin itself was just the right size for the 3 of us plus we could have fit more. We loved the fire pit with wood they supplied for us. Very quiet and remote. We will def be back for a summer trip.”

“Stayed for a couple nights to go to the Polar express train. This was a great location for us and the kids enjoyed exploring the woods. Billie was great and easy to communicate with. We will be staying again!”
