“Ett hotell med fantastiskt läge med närhet till det mesta. Ingen frukost på hotellet utan på ett grannhotell. Frukosten var dock bra för och det var inget problem. Personalen hjälpsam vid behov men hälsade inte alltid när man kom eller gick. Vi var utan Wi-Fi i två dagar efter att vi påtalat att det inte fungerade. Ingen dialog om hur detta besvärades oss togs upp. Det löste sig efter två dagar men med tonåringar är två dagar en evighet.”

“Stayed in one of the top floor rooms with a breathtaking view of daring harbour. Classic high end hotel furniture and room style. However the restaurant/bar area could use a bit of work. Not very good value for breakfast and the bar are is run down when you scratch the surface. Paintings hanging in different heights and bar service in the bar. Doors of bathroom needs paint and some love. ”
