“He double booked through booking dot com and we had nowhere to stay. The poor people arrived just before us and were equally worried they would be without accommodation. After we called Stayz he tried to cancel our booking as “we didn’t meet minimum age”. Really poor form by the guy. Don’t trust him with your holiday!”

“Excellent location, roomy property, very clean and well equipped apart from lack of a small saucepan and a small sharp knife, also, the mattresses in 2 of the rooms were very uncomfortable; one thin and hard and the other incredibly soft. We failed to find a switch for the overhead kitchen light. Well set up for a dog if necessary and roomy parking. The faults were minor and didn't spoil our holiday. They are being included for the owner's/agent's perusal.”

“The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. Dry and warm. Pizza oven was a real treat and the kids loved getting involved in making pizzas. Plenty of space inside and bedrooms were more than comfortable and well appointed. “Rooms suited our needs. Bunk room fantastic for kids. Bathrooms beautiful. Easy walk to beach and short drive to shops in Ulladullah. House has everything you need. Lounge furniture was comfortable but had a few marks on it. Overall,we enjoyed our stay there.”
