"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our suite was exceptional, featuring a private jacuzzi and a spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the canal. The spa and pool area, though compact, was absolutely delightful, with a perfect water temperature that made for a truly relaxing experience. A special mention goes to Pawel and Aliya, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly set this hotel apart. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our visit all the more enjoyable. The hotel also offered gluten-free options at breakfast, which was a great plus. However, the breakfast itself was quite expensive and had a somewhat limited selection. Additionally, we were disappointed that the hotel’s restaurant did not offer any gluten-free options. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Gdańsk’s main street, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return."
