Vår familjs andra stora hem i full storlek. Det sover 12 personer och skulle vara bra för små släktträffar. Du kan titta på och njuta av majestätiska örnar som flyger och fiskar över sjön från något av de tre däcken (övre och nedre på huset, och en sjöstrand med bifogad brygga. Paddelbåt, 2 kajaker, roddbåt, kanot och segelbåt ingår. Firepit vid sjön, massor av trä ingår. Fiskestänger, golfklubbar ingår, 2 cyklar. Stort gräsmatta i fram- och bakgården för din njutning. 2 gasgrillar, en på husets övre däck, och en på sjöens däck, vardera med närliggande paraplybord och extra stolar. Stor hängmatta. Många blåbärbuskar på fastigheten att plocka under säsongen. Modernt kök, bänkskivor i granit, stort jacuzzi i sovrummet. Stora bildfönster i sovrum, vardagsrum och matsal med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Kök fullt utrustat, ismaskin, alla matlagnings- och serveringsredskap. 2 TV: er, bredband trådlöst internet, kabel-TV-tjänst, telefon, luft, piano.


Stort rum över 2 bilgarage: Har två enkelsängar, en full säng och enkelsäng med utdragbar enkel och stor sektionssoffa. Färdig källare har 2 enkelsängar, badrum, 2 soffor, en TV, litet bibliotek, extra stolar, 2 bakdörrar till stora undre däck med hängmatta och tunga trä och läder stolar / glasbord. Fleråriga trädgårdar framför och bakom huset. Övre däck ligger utanför vardagsrummet och har en gasgrill, ett paraplyglasbord med många extra stolar och fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Luftkonditionerade. Tyvärr har vi inte en strand, men en stenig strandlinje och en stenig, lerig botten, så att simma från stranden är svårt.
Vi kräver minst 3 nätter uthyrning året runt.

Perfect house
Our second time there. Lots of care and attention by the owner. No shortage of essentials like tissues, toilet paper, life vests, and lots and lots of room for the kids to play. Fishing was great for the kids, lots of pumpkin seed pan fish and short bass. Lots of beds for a large family.

A phenomenal family get together with our kids and grandchildren. The property is beautiful - the grounds exquisite. The house was so well stocked with everything we needed and more. Great weekend away
We were there for a concert at Bethel Woods. It was about a 15 minute drive which was great. The waterfront is beautiful and plenty of outdoor seating. The house had everything needed. The 2 upstairs bedrooms get a lot of morning sun which is great if you are a morning person. Good communication with owners throughout the process. Thanks.

Great home on a quiet lake
The house was perfect for extended family to gather. There was plenty of boats, toys and games to keep us busy. (Life jackets were provided as well). The lake does not have many power boats, so it was perfect to swim.. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed 16 people and there were plenty of bathrooms. We saw lots of wildlife as well.

The best VRBO ever
My wife and I, our daughter, son in law and 7 grandchildren stayed for a week in Michael's home at the end of August. This was clearly the best rental ( out of 14) we have ever experienced. Some of the pros: A box of tissues in every room (I know that sounds weird, but our last rental had none), lots of toilet paper, garbage bags, 2 refrigerators, lots of deck chairs, chairs by the beautiful and new fire pit, lots of fire wood, nice assortment of kayaks, canoe, row boat and peddle boat, lots of life vests, very clean place and beautiful hardwood floors. The TVs were simple to use ( some places we rented it was so complicated, we never watched) air conditioners in every bedroom, the most wonderful views of the lake, nice large upper deck, nice large lower deck, floating dock for fishing and to launch/tie up boats, storage for our things in the garage, great communication with Michael if we had a question, big clean Weber gas grill, extra folding tables available in garage, some interesting travel books available, lots of National Geographic magazines, lots of cabinets in the kitchen. Cons: None. We have already booked again for next year.

Awesome Getaway
We loved this beautiful spacious home ! The lake is breathtaking and my daughter took the most amazing pictures of bald eagles. You can hear the wildlife and it’s so uplifting to spend time here. Stargazing at night and hiking at local parks during the day made this a fantastic way to reconnect with our adult children. The Museum at Bethel Woods is not to be missed . The local barbecue places were top notch. We played games and floated on the lake. We also caught a lot of fish right off the dock!! I highly recommend this home if you want to get away from it all! ( good internet if you need to check in too)

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. The grill and decks are a highlight, as well as the big windows and view of the lake. House comes with kayaks and canoes, plus a paddle boat, that are great since the lake is not ideal for swimming.

Columbus Day 2022
This is an excellent waterfront property on Swan Lake that offers excellent fishing grounds. Conveniently located right of the RT 17. House can accommodate a large group of people with spacious kitchen and large size bedrooms with plenty of room for everyone. Looking forward to plan your next family getaway at this place .

What a great time.
We were up there for the Equinox festival at Arrowhead Ranch again. Same reason we stayed last year. Again the house was fabulous. Stocked with things we didn’t even know we needed. The beautiful fire pit was a great addition to the yard. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

Family Get Together
We were 6 children and 8 adults. There was enough room for everyone. The children loved the boats, the bunk room , the piano, and the fire pit. The children jump out of the boats and swam with their life jackets on in the lake. They turned the downstairs into there game room. My mom is 88, and with the help of her grandsons, came down to the fire pit each night. The grounds are perfect for Bocce, corn hole and hide and seek. The view is amazing and the house is fully stocked with anything you could want. The family area is very large. We were able to all eat at the same time.(which doesn’t happen often). We saw many bald eagles, 3 bears, many blue heron, cranes and many deers. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Summer family vacation
We were a family of 12 and had a wonderful time at Michael’s swan lake property. The home is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The kayaks, canoe and pedal boat were great fun on the lake. Michael is a very responsive host and made sure everything was ok, the description of the place is completely accurate. The property offers privacy and accessible to surrounding trails and attraction and close to the Woodstock museum. Would love to come back again!
