Rooms are nice
Room was clean and included a washer/dry and a beautiful view of Suwon. Hallways are really outdated and had multiple stains on the floor, but once you got into the room it as nice and clean.

Decent at best and don't look at carpets.
This place appears to go out of business soon as the standard a few years ago was much better. The hotel corridor carpet (level 10) was so disgusting as if it was leading to the prison, not a hotel. The rooms are decent at best and not thoroughly cleaned. The freezer door was always ajar and as a result the ice covered all the shelves. The housekeepers appear not to have it reported at all. Fast wi-fi was the only thing I was positively impressed with. My Korean wife told me that hotel is being shared with residential apartments.

Comfortable suite
I stayed at this hotel several times, for a total of 15 nights, during 2015 on business. I had a "Deluxe Double Room". The rooms are very comfortable. A good size living room with kitchen area with washing machine (no dryer), a second room which is either a small bedroom (no closet) or a work room with a writing desk, and a bedroom. The bed room is a little cramped but has a good amount of closet space. The bath room has a comfortable shower and the hot water supply is good. The room is in good condition and kept very clean. However, the hallways of the hotel are carpeted and somewhat off-putting due to their condition/age. Don't let that disturb you. The hotel does not seem to provide breakfast. The hotel is in a lively area close to the train station. There are many restaurants, but only one I found has an English menu. You can also cook in the room using the reasonable equipped kitchen. The best way to reach this hotel from ICN is to take the airport limousine to Suwon and get off at Suwon station/Novotel. Then it is just a short walk straight down Hyanggyo-ro or Maesan-ro.

Great hotel near Suwon station
We were very pleased to find a washing machine and kitchen in the hotel. The kitchen had amenities like kitchen knives, dishes and a sink that made our trip very comfortable. There were also two rooms- perfect for us as I was traveling with my parents.

Good hotel for business trip
Easy to find the hotel, and very kind and clean. Living room is very large but sofa is not good. Others are all excellent. I could found many restaurant near the hotel and department store in 10 min walk distance. There is direct bus from Inchon International airport.

Comfortable Hotel Nearby Suwon Station
The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Their English abilities were not great, but they tried hard to understand everything I asked. The lobby was clean and presentable. The room was quite nice and well equipped. Having a washer and Korean sized refrigerator was a plus. Kitchen equipment was provided, but went unused as restaurants filled my needs for food. Note: the free breakfast buffet foods were cold, no matter if I arrived upon opening time or later. Even the rice inside the rice cooker was cold. Happily the coffee was hotter than the core of the sun. The view from the 11th floor was okay. Nothing of note to look at though. Just another smoggy suburb of Seoul.

Fantastic. The staff was beyond helpful even with their limited english. Although it was a very shady looking spot when you get off the elevator, there is plenty of free parking in the back and the room is beautiful. Washer, fully stocked kitchen, excellent room cleaning services, great cable, the breakfast is great. Very conviniently located from Suwon station. I was so VERY pleasantly surprised by this place and the price was excellent. Take the bus from Icheon it is only 13,000 won ($12) drops you off at Hotel Castle (which is beautiful but has women on the menu and is a really nice love hotel). Take a white cab to Dormy Inn cost about 5,000 won. Tell the cab driver it is by Suwon Station and he will find it. It is on the same side as Hotel Suwon about 1/2 block down. Eat at the chicken shop next door. Tons of food for 6,000 won and good. They have hot and hotter and that is all. Parking is a one way street so you must go to end of block, right and right intwo what looks like an alley. About half way up block very steep but great. No exercise spot but I ran the steps and then the bottom of the parking spot. BTW, the fortress is down the street about 1,000 steps so plenty of exercise. Starbucks down the street. Great spot.

Would like to visit there at least once a year
Front desk staffs were exceptionally kind and friendly. Breakfast service was very satisfactory. Washing machine for the laundry was very useful.

너무 지저분합니다.
후기 남기는 편이 아닌데 이 건은 다른 분들을 위해 남깁니다. 시내를 도보로 이동할 수 있다는 점은 장점이고, 거실 부엌에 방이 두 개라는 점도 가족 여행에는 장점이겠죠. 근데 아기랑 있기에 너무 지저분했고 작은 방에서는 벌레들도 많이 나왔어요. 구석구석 먼지가 가득해서 물걸레질을 따로 했는데 하얀 걸레가 시커매질 정도였고 화장실은 환기가 전혀 안 되고 후라이팬은 코팅이 다 벗겨져 곰팡이가 피어 있었습니다. 아기랑 여행하시는 분들은 꼭 참고하세요.

역에서 가까운 호텔
역과는 가까워서 교통편이 편리합니다. 다만 시설이 오래된 편이라 낙후된것 같습니다. 특히 복도가 그렇습니다. 하지만 객실내부는 생각보다 괜찮습니다. 시트를 교환해달라고 했는데 그냥 뒤집어만 놓아서 상당히 실망했습니다.

수원역에서 가까운 아파트형 레지던스
주차 진입이 불편하였지만 공간은 부족하지 않았어요. 시설이 오래됐지만 그래도 계속 살던곳이라 그런지 그럭저럭 지낼만했지만 청소는 깨끗하지않아요. 역이랑 접근성이 뛰어나고 나오자마자 로데오랑 연결되서 그점은 좋아요

스위트 플에이스는 예전에 도미인 수원 호텔일때부터 장기적으로 묵을일이 있으면 1순위 입니다. 교통, 주변의 시설, 그리고 오피스텔형으로 식기, 전자레인지 까지 모두 구비되어 있어 편하게 집에 있는 것처럼 사용 할 수 있습니다. 다만 이번에 방문하니 조식도 사라지고, 와인잔이나 큰 가위도 대여해 주지 않고 사라졌다고만 합니다. 와인잔 대여가 사라 졌다고 하니 얼마나 황당했는지 조금더 친절하게 설명해 주시거나 얼마전까지 대여가 가능했으니 제공해 줄 수 있는 서비스를 받지 못해서 이번에는 조금 실망하였습니다.

とても良かった。
