“The house had a hotel feel in decor which was a nice touch. It sleeps 9 (3 on couches , 6 in beds). It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The keurig was not the best. If you need necessities, get them before you show up, as the area does not have many options. Neighborhood was not the greatest. ”

“This place was a great choice for our visit to DC college campuses, the zoo, and the Cherry Blossom Festival. It’s conveniently located to park and ride the Metro on the red line. Parking was a breeze, the kitchen is pretty well set up for feeding a family (it doesn’t have a blender or kitchen towels at this time and the dishwasher racks are on their last leg), and the furniture is all comfortable. The WiFi signal was not consistently good throughout the house (the living room TV could not keep...

“The townhouse was ok. Overall it just needed a better cleaning. Whoever stayed before we did forgot to run the dishwasher and we found it full of dirty dishes. The floors needed to be swept and mopped better. The pillows throughout, especially the decorative throw pillows, the bedspreads, and the towels need to be replaced. The kitchen is beautiful and mostly well appointed. We were a group of 8 and it seemed like there was not enough silverware. The host was helpful and prompt with anything we...

“This apartment is right across the street from the historical Hill Center that hosts free community concerts weekends through the summer. The location is 5 minutes from the Eastern Market and all kinds of incredible shops. The apartment is cozy, clean and private. Judy and Paul are so lovely! Highly recommended ”

“This place was adequate and convenient, but certainly far from gracious. Access requires walking in the dirt around a motorbike on the walkway. All the furniture, linens and dishware are sound but old. The beds are soft. You hear anyone walking about upstairs. But you can't beat it for the price in DC, and everything works. The neighborhood seems safe - between two elementary schools. Lots of parking, though signs say 2-hour limit, but we did not get ticketed. ”

The host was very kind and made sure we knew all there was to know before arriving, as well as checking in with us to make sure we were good upon arrival. Location is wonderful, it never took us more than 15 minutes to get to our destinations in DC. We had a great time, thank you so much!”

"Mycket serviceminded personal överallt. Riktigt bra rum och badrum, väldigt skön säng, sänglinne och handdukar. Klanderfri städning. Trevlig bar. Saknar miljötänk kring handduksbyten vilket drar ner betyget på det. 10 minuters promenad till närmaste tunnelbanestation. Man befinner sig i en storstad och trafiken hörs väl i rummen mot Thomas circle. Det störde inte oss men ifall man är känslig för sådant är det nog bättre att be om ett rum åt andra hållet. "

Nice location

"The hotel is close to a trainstation which was convienient arriving from Dulles airport. Within walking distance from The national mall with all the sights and also close to the Warf with plenty of nice bars and restaurants. The room was very small but as you got used to it it works. The bed is supercomfortable but as you only get in from one side you have to think about who is more likely to need to get out of bed first ...Breakfast was really nice, really good coffeservice, the only thing I missed was fresh pancakes/waffles. Lobbyarea has a cool livingroom vibe and the bar serves up some good drinks and barfood. Eveything in the room is controlled by an ipad, it works and you get used to it qiuckly. A good hotel close to the main monuments and museums. Train station close by and easy to get to airport or unionsation. "

"Vi var två vuxna och två tonåringar som bodde i ett executive-rum. Det var välplanerat och välstädat. Bäst var dock det utmärkta läget med bara ett stenkast till Vita huset och alla andra sevärdheter. "
