“Property and room was very nice even though they are under construction. Upon checking in (which they are very strict on 3pm) not even a minute sooner they double charged me and it took 3 days for reimbursement. No apologies and the lady at the counter was very rude. “Ana the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and bed is comfortable. Perfect size. Only issue is that I was in room 124 which is right next to the cleanings staff closet. I tried to nap around 3 but it was very loud with them going in and out of it and the door slamming. Other than that this place is great and I recommend it. Just don’t get room 124 if you want a mid day nap. The pool area is clean. Some chairs need to be repaired but overall really good spot. ”
