“The place looked just like it does in the pictures! The beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need. There was even shampoo/conditioner, body wash and tooth paste on the bathroom. Akki was great with communication. I was in town with my mom to watch my son play hockey at Ridley college. It was a short drive to the school and was a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommended!”

“This quaint little apartment is on the second floor facing south. Lots of sunshine, very clean, had a full kitchen and it’s welcoming. Full privacy, parking, and the hosts are extremely polite. I recommend this place to anyone going to Niagara Falls and the region!!! Loved our stay. ”

“Overall, this property was great for my family! There was 12 of us, and it was pretty spacious. We had a couple of concerns when we arrived. However, the host Chris was very great with communicating and resolving concerns in a timely manner. Would stay again next time we visit the Dells! ”

“The property overall is good and clean, quiet neighborhood. Cons: The beds are uncomfortable seems like mattress have springs that keep hurting your back! One of the bathrooms with shower door has a very slippery floor once the soap, shampoo is used inside shower the floor gets very slippery .be careful if you have kids or old people it’s risky! ”

Good staff but un-personal rooms

"Great staff but only one working when checking in and one when checking out made it take time and for this level of hotel there should always be resources to add. The room is like all other chain hotel, it´s like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed. The resort fee is a ridiculous scam that to many hotels charge. Things that other hotels include in the room price but mostly in the US is an add on. However, Swissotel actually gave credit that could be used for breakfast and dry cleaning so the 25+tax could be used in some ways. The automatic elevators was a big plus, waiting time short and effective use of the elevators, more hotels should have this setup"

"Fint hotell centralt i Toronto. Fantastiskt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Tyvärr kunde vi inte utnyttja fördelaktig rabatt på parkering då vårt fordon var med marginal för högt för hotellets garage. Dyr men mycket bra frukost. Även om det svider ta full frukost och inte bara den kalla."
