“Great food, solid options for the pool, staff was always helpful. I'd go back to this place. A few times they would call my room to see if I wanted it serviced for the day. I would tell them a time and then they wouldn't show up. Overall very impressed with my stay as I travel a lot. ”

“We'd found the hotel it was beyond our expectations, everything was superb, the facilities, the buffets and the restaurants you have to make a reservation, the employees were so nice and friendly to us, the food was delicious ( In one of them I tasted the best chocolate mousse I've tasted in my whole life ), the beaches were so clean and pristine. It is a hotel we will come back to.”

“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“The property grounds were very clean. The staff were friendly, nice and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that my safe would not open and this was on my bday when I was supposed to head down for dinner. The front desk kept saying 15 min it ended up being over 2 hrs they had me miss my bday celebration in the dining hall which was very disappointing because, that was the purpose of my trip. The rooms were a little dated and my room actually had a bad leak from the vent in the ceiling one day it...
