“The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! ”

“The hostel is in a great location and it's very cute. The people who work there are nice and helpful. It's very nice they have someone there 24/7. I got a single room with private bathroom and my room was right next to the stairway. I was lucky because I had a meshed window in addition to the two small windows on the door, but the room still gets very stuffy because of lack of airflow. There is a fan but even at low it's very strong and blows directly at the bed, it would be hard to sleep like...

“Claudia was helpful. They have much difficulty with English, here. We needed our AC unit turned down because it was so cold, and they turned it off. We could never seem to explain we needed it turned back on, but at a more comfortable temperature. Be aware that if you stay here, you may have some communication issues that will effect your comfort. Breakfast was okay. ”

“I HIGHLY recommend this hostal if you're staying in Antigua. The beds are so comfortable and they each come with their own fan, light and outlet. The facilities and common area were kept pretty clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I loved that it's like a family environment. They plan activities like movie nights and there are often people playing games in the evening. So you can choose to keep to yourself or socialize. “Overall I had a good time at Cocori. The staff is really friendly and the people around were nice. But don’t expect to much, I had stains on my bed sheet, there have been mice in the dorm, the showers are cold, the Wi-Fi is not really working, the surflessons are kinda overpriced, the curtain of my bed kept falling off and construction work started at 8am”

“We stay at the Penthouse. It's the main building of the bungalows. Rooftop with a small pool, 2nd floor with a full room and bathroom, and 1st floor with full kitchen. It has its own garden and pool. It's a beautifull place and is very relaxing having all the space just for you. ”

Antigua

"Stannade en natt i Antigua och hade bokat hotellet i förväg. Enkelt att hitta med en bra parkering när man kom. Hotellet hade transport till centrum varje timme Rummen var lyhörda med dålig ljudisolering i fönster och dörrar med störande ljud från gatan. Vi bodde i markplan mot vägen med en mindre trädgård som utsikt vilket var fint. Säkert tystare i rummen mot bad området. Högljudda personer i korridoren hördes också väldigt väl. Fina utrymmen på hotellet med gott om servicevänlig personal och en bra frukost "

Beautiful hotel but pricy

"Casa del mundo is very picture perfect but it didn't feel as authentic as some of the other places we visited. The food was average and quite pricy. We booked massage that wasn't very good, after quite a few attempts we managed to get a bit off money back at least. The jacuzzi was lovely. For unknown reason the paddle boards were broken,but we weren't told why and when we could use them. There is A LOT of stairs, so if you have issues with that it's not the best place for you. "
