“ Yo reservé una habitación Deluxe con una cama King size y una cama matrimonial sin embargo, cuando me entregaron la habitación sólo tenía una cama King size, al reportar esto en la recepción me hicieron saber que ellos no cuentan con habitaciones con dos camas, y que este es un error común en la plataforma, creo que esto debería arreglarse, sin embargo, la chica de la recepción fue muy amable y nos ofreció poner una cama adicional, la cual no tuvo ningún costo.
