“Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. “The house was very clean, and had everything you would need! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole house was very cozy. The front of the house has big windows looking out over the River; it was a beautiful view and such a sweet little spot to spend a few days. There is a very nice hiking trail less than 1/2 mile away. We reached out to the owner about a concern and she was very communicative and helpful! A great stay; would highly recommend.”

“Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working. The owner was very responsive and accommodating particularly during our last day of heavy rain and short power outage. Overall a very pleasant stay...

“The home comfortably slept 12 adults, and had all of the amenities needed. Location was serene. Home is a rustic farmhouse in the process of being renovated. For those with a dog allergy, bring your medicine. Dogs must either live in the home or have stayed there. I had a hard time breathing as a result. The rest of my family was fine.”
