The St. Helena House - inom gångavstånd till centrum (tillstånd # PL19 - 013)

Detta underbara 125 år gamla bondgård med utsikt över en vingård ligger på två tunnland. Nyligen renoverat, är huset 3000 kvadratmeter och kan bekvämt sova 6-8 personer i tre rymliga sovrum. Två sovrum är möblerade med drottningssängar och det tredje med en kung och utsikt över vingårdarna. Det renoverade övervåningen på övervåningen är charmig med en klo fot badkar och piedestal handfat.

Nedervåningen har ett stort främre rum, en matsal och en separat salong som är perfekt för att samlas runt spisen med familj och vänner. Det finns en stor wrap runt veranda som har två enkelsängar, som också har utsikt över vingårdarna. Verandan är också en underbar plats att äta på varma sommarkvällar.

Det prisbelönta köket (Northern CA Kitchen Design Competition) har ett gårdsbord och stora skjutdörrar som öppnar sig mot ett täckt tak med wisteria och sittplatser - det perfekta stället för din morgonkopp kaffe eller kvällsglas vin. Den intilliggande matsalen ger en elegant förlängning av köket och inkluderar en annan mysig öppen spis. Ett andra attraktivt uppdaterat badrum tillsammans med ett tvätt- / lerrum ligger precis utanför köket.

Fabulous Historic Property
Our family stayed at the St. Helena House while attending a memorial. The house exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and homey with many wonderful nooks to read, views of the vineyards out of every window, and a beautiful well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were fine with fluffy towels and plenty of hot water with good water pressure in the showers. The owner was very welcoming and available for any questions. It rained all weekend so we did not get to enjoy the numerous outdoor spaces. I highly recommend this place for a family visit to the Napa Valley. We hated to leave!

Rare, Delightful Napa Country House
We wanted to introduce friends from East Coast to the Napa Valley- history to modern day. This rare restored farmhouse with views of vineyards was ideal. Authentic, comfortable (with just the right amount of modern amenities but not too much to destroy the charm), spacious, wonderfully furnished, with superb kitchen (fully stocked), and screened porches, etc. The hosts were easy to communicate with and would stay again in a heartbeat. We have stayed at 60+ rentals around the world... this unique property ranks with the best.

We didn’t want to go home!
Awesome house in the perfect location. So well equipped with everything needed, had coffee, bottled water, soft drinks, a bottle of wine and beer for us upon arrival!! Jim also provided information on local restaurants, wineries and tours that very helpful. Jim was also very responsive to questions. We hope the house is available for our next trip to St Helena.

Amazing house filled with old history
This house was amazing. We will definitely be back. There is so much old history to be found in the house. It is situated right off of a vineyard, which is gorgeous at all times of the day. Family Wine Week
Upon arrival we found a gift basket full of goodies, fridge full of drinks and a very fun home for our family get together. Check in instructions were easy and accurate. The property was just what we needed for our weekend. We had a great time playing corn hole by the barn and sipping wine at the picnic tables. We will definitely recommend this property to friends! The hosts were attentive but not intrusive. All of it so good!

Amazing home, amazing location
I stayed at Jim’s house during my wedding weekend with a few of my groomsmen and their partners. Big weekend for me obviously, and this house certainly contributed to it living up to the hype. We were welcomed with some snacks, wine, and a fridge full of beverages to our surprise—thanks again Jim! The property itself is beautiful, with great views of the vineyards and tons of areas to sit and lounge outside. The wraparound porch was awesome for hanging out too when we got bit too toasty outside. All the beds were comfortable for me and my guests, and the living spaces were quite comfy too. Additionally, the charm and history this house possesses is one of a kind. You truly feel like you’re getting that true, vintage Napa Valley experience. And, you can’t beat this location: you feel like you’re out in the country yet a few minutes from downtown St. Helena. Overall, this house was amazing and perfect for our group. I’d highly recommend it to others and would love to stay here again!

Wine Taster’s Repose

Magical property
This is a very special property - particularly if you have knowledge and interest in Napa wine. The house is the old Berringer farm house and sits adjacent to the vineyard that supplies the Cab Sav grapes that go into their reserve Cab. There are fruit trees of all sorts on the property as well so we had fresh fruit literally at our fingertips! It is a large property with all sorts of outdoor living space so a large group could easily gather for an evening. Jim was very knowledgeable of the area and also extremely responsive. I only hope that I'll be able to return soon!

So outstanding it was surreal
This house exceeded our expectations even with all the photos. It’s a place that takes friends and makes them family. We visited local wineries and then cooked dinner “at home” since it was so well appointed and so welcoming. We did one night with a personal chef and he was impressed too!
