Välkommen till "Bay to Beach" på St George Island FL! Med gångvägar till både stranden och viken har vårt hem allt du behöver för en perfekt privat tillflyktsort från resten av världen .. Njut av att sitta på vårt däck och titta på de fantastiska solnedgångarna över det vackra vattnet i Apalachicola Bay eller ta en kort ungefär 10 minuters promenad på 150 gården nerför strandpromenaden till de vackra, orörda stränderna i St. George Island. Vårt hem har en egen skärmsluten pool (inte uppvärmd) fiskstädningsstation och gasgrill. "Bay to Beach" ligger i det vackra samhället med plantager, och erbjuder den största avskildhet du kan förvänta dig!

Denna vackra, 3900 kvm fotanpassade hem, har 5 sovrum och 4. 5 bad. Vår maximala gästbeläggning är 10, INga undantag. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet, som ligger på tredje våningen, innehåller en stor öppen planlösning som omfattar matsal, kök, gasspis och två separata vardagsrumsdelar med smarta TV-apparater och ett halvt badrum. Det stora, välutrustade köket med bänkskivor i granit och den stora ön har allt du behöver för att laga dina egna måltider. På tredje våningen finns också en privat master-svit med king size-säng och privat badrum. Det stora nya Trex-däcket och den skärmad verandan är möblerade med solstolar och uteservering. Trädgården på tredje våningen är perfekt för att titta på kvällssolnedgångar över viken eller titta på fiskgjuse flyga över medan du har morgonkaffe.

På andra våningen ingår den huvudsakliga master-sviten med king size-säng, badkar med bubbelpool och separat dusch och privata avskärmade verandor med utsikt över det visade i poolområdet. Ytterligare två sviter med king size-säng, ett barnrum med en uppsättning våningssängar (tvilling) och tvättmöjligheterna finns på denna våning.

Alla rum har stora platt-TV-apparater och gratis internetuppkoppling. Bottenvåningen har en hiss som når alla våningar för att göra resor mellan våningarna sömlösa, för att inte tala om en stor hjälp med att ta med leveranser för din vistelse. Eller så kan du ta trappan!

Oavsett om du sitter vid poolen, njuter av utsikten från däcken, fiskar på bryggan eller lägger dig på stranden, "BaytoBeach" blir snabbt din favoritplats för att "komma undan och ladda batterierna"!

Plantagen på St. George Island: The Plantation on St. George Island är ett gated community med begränsad tillgång genom en säkerhetsvakt som utfärdar integritet och skydd. Hemen ligger inbäddat i vackra stora partier med enkel tillgång till stranden och viken. I slutet av plantagen är Bob Sikes Cut, som är känt för sina fiskemöjligheter och utsikt över Little St. George Island. Det är underbart att sitta på klipporna på klipporna och titta på båtar, fåglar och delfiner.

Plantation Bekvämligheter: Det vackra Plantation Clubhouse, med pool och träningsrum, är tillgängligt för alla våra besökare. Klubbhuset ligger 1. 5 mil öster om vårt hem. Great place to stay, host is very responsive.
Super clean, easy access to both the beach and the bay. Plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms for two families or more. Listing has a hot tub, but it is located in the community pool area miles away. The door lock was broken on arrival, but the host was super easy to contact to gain access to the property with a spare key. I would stay here again.

Annual family beach trip.
My wife and I have been taking a family beach trip to St. George Island since my kids were toddlers. We have stayed many places on the island but “A. B. Sea” is my family’s favorite. Clean, short walk to beach, private setting, well stocked, service is very responsive.

July 2024 Bay to Beach
Our extended family of 12 (adult children, grandkids and grandparents). All enjoyed this beautiful house and island. We all agreed that this was the best house and location that we had stayed in. The equal distance to the beach and bay was wonderful. We spent most evenings on the dock in the bay enjoying the different types of wildlife! We all had a wonderful time. Also the management company was wonderful to work with. We had a few issues and they quickly replied and fixed them. Thanks again!

Great spot for family
Loved this house. Great beach and bay access. The pool was a hit for the kids and adults alike. House is well laid out with king beds throughout. Bunk room worked out great for kids. Elevator was very helpful for my elderly mother. Will definitely visit again!

Spacious and comfy home St. George Island
The bay views are wonderful from the main living level and decks. And the short walk to the beach (seemingly due to a new rock pathway) was no problem. Plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen, and lots of bedrooms with ensuite baths made it very comfortable. It also has a lot of privacy which is nice. The screened in pool was a plus, however a few of the screen panels needed repair. The only negatives were an hour plus delay in getting in and it would have been nice to have some beach chairs and toys available. That said, I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it highly.

Great house, great location
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property on St. George Island. The setting is very private and beautiful and the location is great - a short stroll on a boardwalk to a long dock on the bay that was perfect for fishing and kayaking. In the other direction, it's a short walk to the beach. Since the property is located within the plantation, the beach was not crowded at all. There is a bike/walking path that provides good opportunities to see birds and wildlife. There is a heated pool at the house (we were there in early April and appreciated the heat) that is screened in and was enjoyed very much by the kids. The house has plenty of space to accommodate a large family group and a nice view of the bay from the upper deck. Everything is in place for an enjoyable vacation.

Very nice home. Elevator didn’t work when we arrived but was repaired within two days. Kids had a blast boogie boarding in the ocean. Would go back. Allison was very attentive to any issues.

Wonderful Week!
The property was exactly as described. The pool is great, and the elevator is a blessing for moving suitcases and groceries to the third-floor living area. We had two minor issues, but the host was super responsive and helpful. The paths to the beach and the bay were great, the island is lovely. All in all, a wonderful week for a family vacation!

Get away from the crowds
We had a family reunion with four couples and associated kids (ages 14, 9, 4, 3). We all had a great time at Bay2Beach. The isolated beach was the best part. Very close (.15 miles along a dedicated path) and no crowds at all. After a day at the beach the covered pool kept out all unwanted pests and was great to finish up. The house itself was a great layout with a screened in porch and several other decks to enjoy our stay. The kids really enjoyed the five bunk beds in the same room (we did too) The dining table allowed seating for 10 people which was great for playing games in the evening. We will be looking forward to a return trip soon!

Beach to Bay stay
Our first time to St George and St George Plantation. The house was perfect for our family consisting of our three sons and their families. Loved the quiet and slower pace compared to Watercolor where we usually stay. Literally 3 1/2 minute walk to the beach and similar walk to the bay. We loved our stay and would come again.

Perfect beach vacation!
This was our first trip to St. George Island! The Bay to Beach property was the perfect place for our family! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and bedroom/bathroom. The open kitchen and large living rooms plus two tvs (to entertain little ones) were bonus areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare a meal (including a keurig & coffee pot). The multi level decks were so nice to sit and enjoy the bay view. We loved the convenient outdoor shower when coming in off the beach. The walk to beach from property was short & easy to do with two small kids. The beach is beautiful, quiet and the perfect place to let kids roam all over. The property owners were kind enough to check on us several times during our stay to see if we needed anything. Couldn’t ask for a better place! We can’t wait to go again.

Quiet getaway
As parents, we loved the home with both beach and sound access. Our kids on the other hand would have preferred to be closer to thw spring break action. We didnt mind the peace and quiet. We enjoyed bike rides theough thr neighborhoods and serene beach walks. The home was great. We had 4 familes with numerous food allergies so we cooked dinners everynight rather than eating out. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs to cook meals. The pool was wonderful and we loved to listen to the waterfall both at pool side and on the deck. Great friends, great location and great weather!

The PERFECT vacation

Amazing stay!
This house was perfect for what my family and I were looking for. We wanted a location close to the beach, a pool for the kids, and enough of a kitchen and bedrooms to house everyone. In the evening watching the sunset over the bay and fishing with the kids was an amazing memory we won’t forget! It was so perfect and we can’t thank the amazing host enough!

Perfect Vacation Spot!
The Bay to Beach house was the perfect vacation spot for our family! The house was clean, and we loved that they provided beach towels and a few toiletries to get us through the first night! The house had more than enough room for our family to spread out, the kitchen was fully stocked for us to be able to cook, and the pool was an amazing place to relax! The bay and the beach were just a quick walk and easily manageable with a 2 year old and a baby. We are definitely booking again for next year!

Very enjoyable.
This home is beautiful. Absolutely the quietest vacation I have ever been on. Just a short walk to the beach. Literally a short walk to the pier on the bay. It is an awesome place to unwind. The pool is amazing. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Just make sure you stop and get groceries. It is a bit of a drive to get to the Piggly Wiggly

Beauty and Tranquility
Baytobeach offered just what my family needed! It was the perfect place for our family to call home for a week. It offered ease to get to both the ocean and to the bay. The home was very spacious, updated nicely and Mark was excellent to address any questions we had. 4 star on cleanliness was only because there were some caterpillars when we arrived that were throughout the home due to being vacant for renovations prior to our arrival, and Mark quickly addressed the issue and had pest control come right away! Excellent appreciation for his customers. Personally, I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a glimpse into paradise for your time away from home. This home offers the ocean, a pool and spaciousness to kick back and embrace the tranquility of the forgotten coast. ~Cindy

Great vacation after a rough start
Entered the home to find none of the cleaning had been done and could not get a response from the property manager. I was contacted personally by the owner who was very apologetic and will make an effort to correct the situation. He offered to come down the next day to clean if he couldn’t find anyone else who could. We cleaned the home and washed all of the linens ourselves before sleeping on the first night. The home was very nice and well stocked. The screened pool is a plus due to the mosquitoes. Other than the first night, the home really added to our vacation.
