Great for an adult couple.
Being in an industrial part of town was no problem because we never heard any noise other than an occasional motorcycle from one of the neighbors. You are pretty well on your own to come and go as you please, and nobody bothers you as your apartment sits far back from the road. The apartment looks mostly clean everywhere you look, and the only thing that distracts from the cleanliness is when the Heating/Ac unit louvers are wide open for heating and you can see the brown drip marks on the back sides of the louvers, but I'm sure that the owner will now be aware of it and will have them cleaned. The bed was very comfortable, but the couch to watch TV from was not, and the cushions sink down into the hide away bed, so there is little cushion to sit on anymore after awhile. Also the table in front of the TV is very wobbly and the metal bar stools were starting to fall apart, and we had to tighten what screws were still there to not have an accident. One seat is only held on with one screw. This place is perfect for two adults but would not recommend it for kids, as there are too many decorations that could fall off the flimsy stands and hanging shelves if you bump them, and will break on the hard floor. The two small dogs come out once in a while out of curiosity and only want a little attention. They don't bark but like to be petted and are very friendly. The thing that was disappointing was that the shower is set to go only half way and only let you have a lukewarm shower.
