While officially listed as a three-bedroom property, Coastal Retreat boasts a myriad of unique sleeping options, accommodating a variety of preferences. The ground floor hosts two inviting bedrooms, a meticulously renovated bathroom, and a cozy living room. Ascend to the second level to discover an additional living area, a charming dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen. The accompanying deck on this floor provides an ideal setting for dining with a great ocean view.

The pièce de résistance awaits on the third floor, where the primary bedroom suite exudes luxury. - You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

- 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval. Nonrefundable pet fee will apply.

- The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, wolf-dog hybrid.

- 3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $40 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

- We only provide a starter pack (laundry pod, dish pod, toilet paper, paper towels) despite the length of your stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.
*There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation.
