Strandhotell i Sri Lanka

“The straff in reception was not talking to eachother. Promised late check out and then they called us because normal check out time passed. Got the room 30 minutes after check in time even through we answered before arrivale when we were supposed to come. Not enough chairs at pool area, ”

“Not much good to say about this hotel, except the location is ok. The bathroom was the worst ever! Poor wifi !!”

“Great location and hotel. Disorganised staff and bad communication. We biked a table at their seafood restaurant which they confirmed twice and when we came there it was not even expected to be open they told us. So as we didn’t want the standard buffet we went to Galle fort.”

“We were absolutely delighted with our first 4 nights at the Hotel so much so that we decided to return for 3 extra nights later in our trip. The staff are a credit to the hotel always happy and helpful they made us feel special. The food was very good quality and value . The pool area was cleaned many times during the day and the towels clean large and plentiful. We will definitely return on our next visit to Sri Lanka.”
