The house has a well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry machine and a dryer (detergent & softener sheets included), free designated off- street parking with easy access. A large fully fenced back yard and fire pit only for your use. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please disclose these companions prior to travel.

Definitely a Gem!
Centralized close to the University as well as downtown. Was a warm and caredFor home. Our Goldens loved the fenced backyard. Very clean and feels like a home away from home.

We gathered to celebrate a brother's 80th birthday. Seven of us...We use to go to Logan Elementary school. It was fun to gather in our old neighborhood. There was someone from Arizona, Montana, 2 from Oregon and 3 from Washington. This was a good house to gather in. Clean, homey, comfortable.

Sweet little cottage

Urban gem
Home is welcoming and well appointed. Our 2nd visit to be with family in Spokane. Good location for our purposes. Recommend a visit to Jack and Dan's for good food and drinks. Don't miss Donut Parade.

Economical Stay
Upon arrival, we were a little disappointed to see the grass was overgrown in both the back and the front yards. The next morning after, the owner did have someone scheduled to come mow; so I believe it was just bad timing on both parts. Overall the inside of the property is comfortable and accommodating. The couches were super comfortable. If we are doing a quick trip through Spokane again, we will consider this property again. The host had great communication before, during and after our stay.

Great stay in Spokane
The Gonzaga Glam house is a great place to stay. I brought my dog and my bike and found the neighborhood centrally located for some great bike rides. What I liked best was that my dog was welcome in the home and the property had a nice size and secure yard in the back. It has off street parking which was nice to have. I found the house of good size, clean, nicely decorated. It has a nice big kitchen with all the necessities. I stayed for three nights and enjoyed my stay.

Just like the pictures ...100% as advertised!
The home and yard were beautiful, the location was perfect for us since it was so central. Home was well stocked with coffee, tea, and utensils. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Spokane.

Pre and Post Op
This was the perfect solution for a comfortable setting to prepare for my daughter’s surgery and to recover enough to travel back to our hometown. The hosts were kind and caring and incredibly generous when post operative complications made an extra days stay necessary. Communication was excellent as well. What a darling home! We will book again!

Great property, great price, close to everything
I very much enjoyed my stay for our volleyball tournament. While is was drinking coffee in the sun on the back stoop, the neighbor opened the back door, peed put it and then slammed it. I couldn’t tell if he was messing with me or not. Even with those neighbors, it was still very convenient and the right price.

Girls weekend!
House was exactly what the pictures on Vrbo depicted. Probably better in person even. The house had everything that we needed. Super clean. Neighborhood was absolutely fine. Super quiet. (Thought maybe us women would be to loud at times!! )Never a problem. Host emailed to check in to make sure that everything was OK and that we didn’t need anything. Made our stay fantastic!! Created some new memories and we are all very grateful!!

Shameful
I sat in a rocker on the front porch one time during my stay. The rocker broke, and I offered to pay. The communication with the owners went from honest and upfront to them creating lies about what actually took place. I am paying the cost of the chair. I have not disputed that it broke while I was in it. However, the 100% lies from the owners are very shameful. I do not appreciate being charged and told I was lying. I asked for proof of their accusation. I was told they had me on camera. They are not able to provide it.
