“Beautiful home. Great location to Airport, COTA Racetrack, South Congress Avenue and local BBQ places. Having the pool to cool down after the race was great. “The house was awesome. It was very clean (except when we moved the washing machine a tiny bit and it was pretty filthy under there.) “This stay is so cheery with all the touches, floral designs, very comfortable beds, and a wonderful sunroom with a TV where the entire family can comfortably gather to watch a movie. “The landlord was very responsive and there was only one small glitch with a leaking coffee maker. We were able to buy one at Target and the landlord quickly reimbursed us via Venmo.The house was clean and had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. “We came for the Texas football game and this house was exactly what we were looking for! Huge beautiful house. The backyard was as great as it looked. We even used the movie theater and popcorn machine which were both great! Ann was a great host, very responsive and I’ve never stayed at a place that came as well stocked as this house was, from towels to alcohol to paper products it was ready to go the minute we arrived. ”

“Nice house, plenty of space & well stocked, could’ve used a better cleaning. There were dust balls everywhere and one of the showers didn’t look like it was cleaned. The water pressure was bad in all the bathrooms except the master. Location was fine, but we had to uber to everything we wanted to do. House had multiple areas with couches, could’ve used some sort of entertainment like pool table or ping pong. The view from balcony did not look like the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay ”

We were lucky with the weather so we could enjoy the patios as well as the large kitchen / living space. Could use another place to sleep like a pullout, since teens really don’t like to share beds, other than that, well worth the money!”

“My fiance and I stayed at this property for 3 days and loved it! Let me tell you - it offers a lot and isn't far from the city. The grounds itself hosts 4 bnb style cabins that are filled with a stove, oven, keurig, microwave, hot plate, and grill. They have plates and silverware to ensure you can eat your food. Go to grocery store and buy all of what you want for the weekend with seasonings and enjoy! We stayed during what was supposed to be a big winter storm and that didn't happen. It snowed...
