“I cannot believe how this hotel have this guest rating. The room is small but that is not the problem. It is run down and need to be refurbished. It is extremely noisy between rooms and from the outside. Even though I requested a quiet room I got placed in one with a huge fan outside the window that wooshed all through the night. The shower is so small you barely fit in it. The elevator is so slow you can wait minutes before it arrives. But the worst is probably the area around this hotel. A lot...

“Asked the reception (different people) twice about how long time it would take to get an early cab to the Airport and if we needed to reserve the evening before, and the answer was ”no you don’t, it only tales 5-10 min” both times. “This is a very nice property. I really appreciate the exceptional cleanliness. While the room was big city small it was very comfortable and well appointed. There was a very modern bathroom with rainshower. The location is a block from Pike Place Public Market and walking distance to an incredible variety of restaurants. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. ”

“The property was beautiful old world style, spacious room and very clean. The bathroom could do with an upgrade, I dislike shower curtains amd would prefer a sink in the bathroom, not outside. I would also like teaspoons and milk in the room instead of timber stirrers and powder creamer. I think this would be more 5 star. On the whole a lovely hotel, good service and clean. Although they did lock us out of our room 5 minutes before we were due to check out..a little annoying. Would recommend...
