“Property undergoing some renovations. Property was relatively clean but shows age. Bedding was very good & bathroom was more the adequate. TV was very good, nice large screen. Swimming pool/Hot tub area is nice with probably the steam room getting the highest marks. I’ve been staying here since the early 2000’s & it looks a little tired but a facelift could restore it to the early Interlaken days. ”

“Well this is the first time we were not to happy with the new owners. We choose the resort because its a half way point. We enjoy what you offer. The staff was excellent and you put them in a position to let us know no pool, no service with tv.no change for laundry, no restaurant. We were there 5 nights four days. We travel from Wisconsin to Illinois and back. Either stay closed until your properly prepared. If it wasn't for the staff I would have nothing good to say. Staff excellent!!!!”

“The front desk clerk was quite rude. The room had broken parts on the tub, the mattress on the pull out couch (gross!), the heaters were incredibly loud in the bedroom and living room, the water was filled with toxins which we could actually see floating in our drinking glasses. The bathroom was actually scummy. I had to clean the tub twice. It wasn't resort quality, however we did speak to the front desk clerk on our second day and she waived the resort fee.
