“The staff were excellent, the grounds were beauitful but the pricing on any goods were way too expensive. Both restaurants pricing were extreme considering the portions. The service was substandard. It would be hard to go back because of this reason. The outdoor pool entrance is a hazzard. I cut my head going from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool. It took a layer of skin off my head. No hazzard signs. Very dangerous”

“It was a great stay. It was hard to get a reservation as the restaurants couldn’t accompany everyone due to the volumes on family day. Oversall was very satisfied ”

“Need more trollies when it comes to the day everyone is going home it’s a nightmare trying to find one. I know we have had a lot of snow recently and I have this same issue with my staff but the maintenance regarding snow removal needs to be more consistent. Elderly and disabled people were having a hard time walking around the outside property, even just trying to park and check in. Great staff very friendly Allan is wonderful. any time we had any questions the staff always had an answer so...

“Our first time staying here. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. They had a lot of amenities such as pool, gym, dining which were great. They don't have cleaning services unless you're there for a week or longer and even then they charge you. One thing I didn't like was that there was zero storage. I'm the type of person to unpack and use drawers. But there was no drawers, just an open table and the bathroom had one small shelf, no where to put toiletry bag or any toiletries. ”
