“The check in was horrible, however this had nothing to do with the Sleep Inn and Suites. This was totally Hotels.com's fault because I never received a confirmation number on the confirmation email. What made this soo awesome was the assistance, understanding and professionalism of the desk clerks at the Sleep Inn Fatimah and Marianny. They were the best and tried to assist in every way possible. Thank you to them both and they need a big raise for what they did, ”

“The only thing was paying for parking in an open unsecure parking lot. And they did not refund our cost of breakfast after finding out we were gold members. Other then that, the stay was nice. Nice hotel and area and would stay again. ”
