It was a close walk to the beach & parks. There were restaurants nearby or a short drive away. It was a perfect way to say goodbye to summer.”

“My wife and I were in town for a hockey weekend. The place was very close to the rink. Nice set up-big backyard to enjoy the weather, off street parking, plenty of space for more than just the two of us. Upstairs bedrooms were a bit tight with the roof lines (getting into the bed from the angled roof side was tight), but comfortable beds. Very happy we found this place. ”

“My family visited NYC and stayed at Nancy’s apartment. We found the entire experience very convenient and pleasant. The parking onsite was wonderfully convenient. Location was very close to the train to help us navigate to our activities over the course of our stay. The apartment was very clean and ample to fit our family of 5 and stocked to support us during the stay. “Maggy and Anibal have a fantastic rental! The attic apartment is adorable. It's probably the cleanest place I've stayed in my life, including hotels. It feels warm and inviting. Every item is folded and placed with care. I had more dishes and cooking utensils than I could ever need, including disposable plates! I even had some snacks provided. There are two TVs, one of which is in the bedroom, and the other being the biggest screen I've ever seen. It connects to your Netflix, Prime...whatever...

If you plan a visit to NYC this house is located on a mayor boulevard and have a super easy access to city transportation. 119 bus route will take you right in to the heart of the big apple. “This was an excellent base from which to explore both the Princeton campus and the wider region. Very spacious so perfect for a larger family. Centrally located to shops and restaurants, etc, as well as train station. Quick commute to Manhattan and Philadelphia. Interior is lovely and almost makes you feel you are in California (instead of NJ in winter.:)”

“We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit.”

“Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have”

“We stayed here for two nights. Myself, wife and small dog. The suite was very clean and comfortable, and quiet. It is on the lower level. It was very roomy with lots of creative touches. Their was a keurig with flavored coffee and some snacks. We walked our dog to nearby park. Neighborhood felt safe. Maria gave us lots of suggestions for places to go with our dog, and even called a local restaurant to see if they allowed dogs. Thanks for hosting us! ”
