“Superb place to stay. Everything you could need was available in the room with lovely additional features like the fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a great bath and shower. We were met by the owners and shown round the facilities, including the amazingly large spa pool! It was December for our stay but we managed 90 minutes relaximg in warm water before venturing out for food. Warm, welcoming and comfortable! Would highly recommend a stay at...

“Due to unforseen circumstances we arrived late on our first day, had told Donna and even though it was late she was there to greet us and help with our luggage. The room was spotless and the view over the estuary beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with thick bacon and sausage from a local butchers. What we both liked was the attentiveness that Donna gave us and other customers staying there. She would also call each of us by our fist names. Something that just made the stay a bit more...

“Great place for a couple of days, great view from property over estuary and boats, only one problem was the stairs to the top floor, nightmare with all the bags checking in, (young mans game) not for the infirm. ”

“We booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. ”

“We were put in a basement room with a view of back yard with dirty doors etc. .no hair dryer or Iron. Luckily we asked for one at reception but had to walk 100 yrds to do that. .door didn't close properly so could hear all noise. Toilet flush from next rooms was very loud. Also terrible creaking floorboards from rooms above. Parking was limited on street and was pay and display which was expensive for 24 hours. We were not far from beach so that was a bonus. Only stayed one night fr an occasion...

“Trevligt hotell i bra läge. Det som var mindre bra var att tiden för frukosten bara var en halvtimme och att WIFI inte fungerade alls i rummet och i allmänna utrymmet som bara var en korridor fanns inte ens en stol.”

“Our stay was just totally amazing. The Tavistock Town House is a beautiful, very well maintained family home in a perfect central location in Tavistock. Liz could not have been a more perfect helpful host. All the essentials and more are provided…the welcoming Afternoon tea and milk in the fridge was just the icing in the cake!…will definitely be planning another stay soon !! ”

“Very good location for me as it was within walking distance of my destination, parking was easy on street, without much difficulty finding a spot. Room was a good size with microwave, kettle plates and cutlery also iron/board and hair drier. TV was small but adequate with Freeview. I will be coming back here in the future.”
