“We had a fantastic time! Everyone enjoyed being together! The house is very clean and has everything you would want. Renee is on top of it! She is a great communicator. She is very thorough. The contract could be overwhelming but if you treat the home as if it were your own you won’t have an issue!! It is a great place!! ”

We ran into some trouble with our vehicle, that required us to stay a couple of days longer than we planned. Our host was very gracious, allowing us to stay the necessary time we needed. “Clean and very accessible to area amenities (about a 5-minute walkable distance to a McDonalds) with the added benefit of access to a garage. While in the area plan to check out Gideon Owen Wine Company and Twin Oast Brewing, both hidden gems and great places to eat. Again, Hosts were very quick to respond and accommodating for our weekend stay. ”

“Stayed with 3 guys for a short fishing trip. House was perfect. Beds were comfortable. There was a bar within walking distance, Beer 30. Good local drinking location. Nothing fancy but nice people. House had a nice bourbon barrel table to sit around and drink and a dart board next to it that we threw a couple games of darts. House was perfect for our needs. ”

“The house was so lovely and charming. All the little details were so much fun for our guests ranging in age from 2-84! The lemon room and seek and find was a real hit, the kids loved looking for all the items with grandparents. The first floor master was convenient for my grandparents who would struggle with stairs. The games, trivia books, puzzles made for some fun times! While we did go out to eat for most meals we made dinner and breakfast in the kitchen and had everything we needed to do...

“Nice home with plenty of room for a group. Clean and close to downtown. ”

“We booked this lovely 4 bedroom condo for our annual Fall Break Girls trip. My 2 grown daughters, my twin granddaughters and me! The condo was lovely and the photos were current and accurate. 3 of the bedrooms had access to a terrace or balcony. We had plenty of bath towels but could have used a few more in the kitchen. We opted to rent a 6 passenger golf cart so our travels around our island home was easy and fun. My only disappointment was the poor landscaping below our balcony. Broken wall...
