“All staff were very professional and friendly. Nice room with beautiful view . Restaurant was very nice the only compliant was that the staff had to keep opening and shutting the door at the restaurant to the outside that created a cold draft where we were sitting.”

“Staff friendly but should have a dedicated bellhop. Additionally if you’re going to advertise as a spa resort not only should you have robes but you should have slippers, especially in the suites. Lastly something small like a bowl of fruit or trail mix should be the room. Though there are some luxury elements it’s really a three star hotel with a spa across the street. ”

“We had a great stay; the bedroom was top-notch. The heated bathroom floor and bed made it five-star accommodations. The staff was better than ever; Connie was so helpful about what to do and where to go around town. The chef (I forgot his name; I'm sorry) was great to talk to, and the food was five-star.”
