"I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at Embassy Suites by Hilton. I arrived at 11 pm after a long day of travel, only to be told my room had been given away and that they were fully booked. Yes, you read that right—despite having a reservation, my room was gone. No apologies, no solutions—just a dismissive handoff of a letter from the staff at the desk, who couldn’t have cared less. To make matters worse, instead of arranging accommodations at a comparable or better hotel (as any decent establishment would), they dumped me in a crappier hotel without any consideration for the inconvenience they’d caused. No attempt to compensate, no regard for my situation—just a “too bad, here’s your new place” attitude. This was beyond unacceptable."
