It has all the complete amenities needed including a Tuscany theme interior with beautiful paintings through out, a back deck with a sitting area overlooking a quiet back yard and lake access for swimming that is a quick 3 minute drive away.

Perfect Home Away From Home for A Weekend Gateaway
I booked the property for my husband and I to have a leaf peeping weekend away but his plans unfortunately had changed so I took my sister along instead. We loved the house! Kara greeted us as we pulled into the driveway, she was so friendly and said to text anytime with any issues. We had no issues or problems at all. The house was very clean, so well stocked, it felt like a B and B. She had a vase of flowers in the kitchen, fresh baked cookies for us, fresh eggs from their free range chickens (that we loved watching in the backyard). She left bread, butter, orange juice, water bottles. It was unreal. I felt so pampered. The mural on the wall was the most gorgeous painting ever, even signed by the artist herself. Beautiful work. Plenty of bath towels, condiments in the kitchen, a basket of toiletries just in case you forgot something at home. Truly a home away from home. FYI...for those that have trouble with steps, there is a flight to access the apartment, not an issue for us all, but be aware just in case it is for you. I will definitely want to stay here again when we visit the Skaneateles area again. It was only 35 minutes into Syracuse also. Will recommend to friends also. Thank you Kara and Jon!

Well-appointed apartment in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Responsive hosts. Gorgeous and convenient location. The view! Fully stocked kitchen. Exactly what we were looking for
Renting this property was seamless. The space was private, clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious enough for my wife and I. It had everything we needed and the views of the Lake from the condo were beautiful! The owners were most accommodating and very responsive. Property was a beautiful, quick drive into the village of Skaneateles (10-15 mins) and a very quick drive to the public lake access in town (3 mins). We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Jon and Kara, for making our stay wonderful.

Jon and Kara set up the room beautifully. This is the best place I've had the pleasure of staying at. The view from the front window is incredible. They live on the property but outside of chatting with Jon and their son right when I got there for check in, I didn't even know they were there. Check in is a set of stairs behind the garage to a second story deck. It was dark when I got there so it was difficult to see them initially. They left a nice note with recommendations, the wifi password, and contact numbers if anything is needed. About 15 min outside of Skaneateles which I found to be perfect. They even left me a plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies which were delicious. Couldn't have been happier with my experience.
