“Place needs work with wholes in walls, needs a good cleaning, do not be fooled in the small print it says you have to pay extra for the master bedroom that is located in the annex however, in my booking it said included the annex and the manager asked for an extra $250 cash a night in order to open up the room. “This is a beautiful home with a lot of history. We were a group of 10 and were very comfortable with plenty of room. Only a 15 min walk to Old Town, a swimming spot right across the street ( a lot of stairs). Easy Uber stop two doors up by the bus stop/ flower shop. Eci the house manager was a lovely woman and always available if needed. I would highly recommend signing up for this one!!”

“The apartment was fabulous! The location was great for our daily adventures. As we were all 70+, the stairs were not desirable, but, the apartment, view and deck at the top made it worth it. Luggage, however, was a whole 'luther issue!”

“The villa was clan and spacious, and good access to the shops eg Lidl. Cavtat and Dubrovnik are a short taxi journey away (we found Uber better value for money) and the host was attentive but not intrusive and provided information about local places to see when asked. The only observation would be that the pool is probably not suitable for young children as it is too deep but this didn’t effect us sand we enjoyed the stay a lot”

“We had 9 cousins for 7 days and rented the entire villa. First and foremost the hosts are two of the kindest and most welcoming people!! They do live next door. Adrian drove us 25 minutes to a larger supermarket so we could stock up on food for the week. Naira is a concert pianist and played for us one evening. The pictures on Vrbo are very accurate. “Le village d'Orasac était tout à fait charmant et notre logement confortable et spacieux , hormis les nombreux escaliers. La vue sur la mer était vraiment belle. Seule, la chambre du 2ème logement en mezzanine au-dessus du 1er était médiocre. Il faisait très chaud, peu d'aération et un cabinet de toilette sans aucune séparation. Je doute qu'un petit puisse dormir dans ces conditions. ”

“Marijo is a great host and his property is superb. The home is spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. The large patio is a wonderful place for breakfast. The bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk. The buses are are frequent and drop you off at the entrance to the old city (15 minute bus ride). A marina is a very short distance from the house and a fun place to kayak. Three grocery stores are very near by. This rental in Komolac is the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring Dubrovnik.”

“This house is seriously amazing, one of my best rentals ever (& I have done a lot). It's huge, super clean & really beautiful. I couldn't have been happier. The Terrace is so gorgeous it's hard to tear yourself away. However, you can do the walk into Cavtat from just outside the house, the supermarket is only 8 mins walk (There is a shortcut) and the restaurant (Domestico) is fantastic too. The garden & pool lights up at night which is just magical. Garden full of orange & olive trees. Close...
