With 2 king beds on the main level, 2 queen beds in the loft, 2 queen beds downstairs, a sectional, pull-out couch, and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. 2 living areas with their own TVs provide the perfect backdrop for everyone to have their own space.
We know how important it is for families to spend quality time together, which is why we've created a cozy outdoor space for you to enjoy. Our private, fenced-in yard is the perfect place for kids to play, and the pergola-covered patio, complete with a fire place, is the ideal spot for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores.

When checking out, we'd really appreciate your help with a few things to make sure the place stays in tip-top shape for all guests.
Could you please strip any beds that you used of the sheets? No need to worry about the duvets or comforters - our cleaners will handle that part. Also, make sure to take out any trash and put all the dishes you used in the dishwasher and run it. Lastly, please put everything back where you found it and tidy up after yourself.
By doing these things, you'll be helping us keep our place clean and tidy, which will help us avoid charging a cleaning fee. We really take pride in keeping our home looking great for our guests, and your cooperation will help us do that.
