"We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The staff were super nice, the breakfast was delicious and the view was gorgeous. We had a small child in a stroller but it is no problems if you’re ok with carrying it up the stairs in the hotel and up the stairs to town. We had a room with a terras and it was very nice, it had two sun beds and a table for two outside. We can highly recommend this place! "

"Standard. Inget märkvärdigt. Frukosten ok, lite för mkt sötsaker, saknade frukt och grönsaker. Geografiskt ligger hotellet ungefär 20-30min promenad från stadskärnan. På kvällarna slutar bussarna gå vid 22tiden. Orkar du inte gå blir det taxi för ungefär 20 Euro från centrum. Fördelen är dock att det är nära till busstationer som tar dig enkelt till Mondello stranden.. vilket nästan är ett måste på sommaren. Upplever att ungefär 50% av hotellpersonalen är bra på Engelska. Man får använda kroppsspråk och tala tydligare en extra gång ibland. I övrigt uppfattar jag Palermo som en stad det finns mkt att se i centrum om du är intresserad av kultur. Men boka även in sol och bad vid någon av stränderna för det är varmt under sommarmånaderna!. En nackdel med staden är att den är väldigt traffikerad och bussarna går inte exakt enligt tidtabell."

"Detta hotell var verkligen en prisvärd pärla med fantastiskt läge, både nära historiska centrum och linbanan för att ta sig ner till stranden. Servicen på hotellet var outstanding och särskilt Maurizo i front desk tog hand om oss på ett fantastiskt sätt från dag 1. Hit kommer vi att återkomma."
