“This is a nice place to stay with room to relax. There are a couple of things that could make it more comfortable though. It’s in a large apartment complex and the hallway noise is really noticeable. It woke me up at night. If the door to the unit closed securely and some rugs were added to the floor it would help. Perhaps some wall art, more furniture or other home accoutrements would help dampen the noise too. It’s pretty spartan inside. There are no hairdryers in the bathrooms or iron to use....

“6 of us stayed for a concert at little caesar’s arena. the house was very very nice and clean with many amenities . however, it’s no where near bars, restaurants or eateries that are within a safe walking distance. It’s honestly quite desolate. We did Uber into the city. I would recommend if your looking for a place to stay overnight for a quick trip”

“We throughly enjoyed staying at Charlie’s by the Bay. The location is amazing, walking distance to great restaurants and Lake St Clair. We've stayed in MANY vrbo's over the years but I feel "hugged" when we come here. The place is comfortable and decorated nicely, practical kitchen and laundry but for me, it's little things that set Charlie's apart ... foil, baggies, detergent, paper towels, trash bags, night lights, kleenex, shampoo, bandaids ... so thank you!! We've really enjoyed staying...

“We were in town for a wedding so had 4 adults and 3 kids with us. The house is very quaint and beautiful. There was plenty of room for us all. We saw deer in the back yard in the morning. It is a great location in downtown Oxford. We walked to the park where there was a live band playing and a lot of towns folk watching, they had several areas for kids including a balloon artist and cotton candy. The adults were able to have margaritas from the local restaurants and drink them in the park. I...

“House location was great! The curb appeal of the property was not inviting. Yard is over grown with vegetation! Once entering the unit. The kitchen still had a pile of garbage that needed to be swept up. I think the cleaning fee they charge is very high for them to not have a clean property! ”
