Spring Cove Hideaway is tucked among the trees, offering you the peace you seek on a mountain getaway. Relax in the rocking chairs on the deck, make meals in the full kitchen, and soak in the outdoor hot tub. This pet-friendly cabin also has a fireplace for cool mountain nights and a big screen TV with a DVD player for movies.

Easily wash towels after hot tub soaks with the washer and dryer in the cabin, fall asleep watching TV in bed, and buy tickets online with the wireless internet (limited data; no streaming capability). Enjoy baths in the jetted tub, a queen sleeper sofa for extra space, and a nice mix of bedding for your group – including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a twin bunk! Never Again
Upon first arriving, I walked into a mess. NOTHING cleaned. Mattress for the hide-a-bed in couch just thrown on the floor in living room. Cockroaches in one bathroom, some stuff coming out of the floor grate in the other bathroom. Coffee stains all over counter top in kitchen. Pillow case on supposedly clean bed full of someone’s BLACK hair. Texted pics to them and they didn’t care nor did they ever send someone out for the bug issue. At least if they did they never informed me of it and they were supposed to. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The only thing I received from them was, I’m so sorry you’re not enjoying your stay.

There was a bear
We had a bear come on to our property and try to climb over our since I had to spray the bear with bear spray. There are very close to cabin a warning that bears were this close would have been nice. Since the lady I talked to after/ during the bear indecent she said we knew about the active bears in the area. I heads up would have been nice. Also a couple of the deck boards were rotten and the WiFi was terrible had me service entire stay in cabin

Good stay
Nice private location close to attractions. The property was well kept and had nice features. Getting ahold of the company for an issue we had during our stay was a problem however. Overall a good experience and plesant stay.

Loved the cabin but the address was blocked by bushes so it was confusing to which way to turn and the road needs some tress trimmed back due to the rain some fell into the road and we had to move them. Also the road sign needs to be viewable from both direction we pasted it up several time due not being able to see it.

Great place to relax
I was impressed by the how clean and well maintained the cabin was. The only small issue was the overhead fan in the living room didn't work or the overhead fan in the kitchen. Other than that, it was well worth the money. Everything was there that we needed to cook, watch tv, internet, etc. Was well pleased overall.

Would definitely stay again
Really enjoyed this house, and the privacy! The hot tub couldve been cleaned a little better, but we still enjoyed it every day! Water pressure was a little bit of an issue. You couldnt use water in 2 places at the same time. Not a huge inconvenience, but still an aggravation. House was perfect,LOVED the porch, and the peacefulness. Considering renting it again for our next visit!

Spring Cove Hideaway
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Liked it being one level, the hot tub being covered. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was fully equipped. Only thing that I had trouble with was the sliding shower door would come off track when getting in and out of it.

Get away
We stayed at this property over a long weekend. The driveway was steep and a little scary – we come from flatland. Overall the house and property met our needs and we had a good time. It was located about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to see which was great

Everything at the cabin was great! We had a couple of issues, the sink in the main bedroom drained so slow. My husband fixed it for you and when you turn onto the road the address was missing the 2 and we had a hard time finding it

Location was Great!
We loved the location and the cabin was nice! There are several “broken” items that need to be fixed…broken patio chairs, ceiling fan in king bedroom is so loud, WiFi did not work, and the bunk beds were so loose I was afraid for my kids to sleep on. If these upgrades are made, this place would be a 5/5 for me!!!

Clean, spacious close to pigeon forge.
We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and close to pigeon forge. It was easy to run in to town. We had trouble once we pulled in to Spring Cove as the full address was not listed so we were unsure of what way to turn and of coarse we turned the wrong way and had to try and turn around up the mountain (not easy to do). I would suggest adding the full house number. WiFi did not work, however that’s not why we were there. We would definitely stay at this place again!

Management company lack of communication
When we arrive we were told that the fireplace was rusted out and could not be used. On the second day the hot tub was green. Grates on the stove we're broken pots and pans would not stay level. Many of the blinds were broken if you touch them they fell apart. TV in the living room was an old projection type TV and the colors were going out. It is in a nice location, private. I called the management company they told me "what do you want me to do we can't fix it right now". Then we were evacuated due to the forest fires. I have called the management company several times with no response back. I purchased the insurance on this rental. Not sure if it's going to help at this point I can't get them to call me back. We would just like to be reimbursed for the night we didn't stay but doesn't seem like they're interested in talking about that. Overall not a bad place it needs some work. Management company is very unresponsive. Thanks

Property off the beaten path but close enough to town for supply runs as needed. Was a great location for a family Thanksgiving Get Away. Plus enough room in the yard for my dog to run around on a long line.

Great cabin close to Pigeon Forge
We had a great weekend at the cabin and exploring Pigeon Forge. Pigeon Forge is so close we made our way to town several times for dinner, museums and sight seeing. We loved that the cabin had 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The kitchen had both a Kuerig and regular coffee maker. The home had working wi-fi and TV channels which is always a plus. A few things you may want to pack: a hairdryer, soft soap (if you don't like bar soap) , aluminum foil & coals for the grill (not gas), firewood and bear spray. We did see a small-medium size black bear off the main road from the cabin.

54th Wedding Anniversary Trip
This property is very nice inside. The kids 5 & 7 loved the bunk beds and kids room. I would highly recommend this cabin. It is about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge main street. The only thing I did not like was the driveway entrance to the property. Very steep and curvy. We had a great time. Katie Stevens
