The Space

Outside: A spacious wrap around deck awaits with plenty of options for soaking in the relaxing babble of Birds Creek just down the hill. Gather around the fire pit or unwind in the hot tub and enjoy the privacy of this secluded cabin in the woods.

The kitchen: Fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you’ll need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is open to the living room so you can be part of the fun while cooking for the group at the same time. Enjoy your options to dine at either of the indoor or outdoor dining tables.

Living Room: Unwind in your choice of couch or recliner after a day at Dollywood or Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The newly furnished living room has a modern cabin feel and is equipped with smart TV to connect any of your favorite streaming apps. The cabin has high speed internet so the whole family can enjoy their favorites with no interruption. NO CABLE PROVIDED.

First Floor Beds & Bath : Rounding out the first floor are two back bedrooms and an adjacent full bathroom. One of the bedrooms awaits with a comfy queen bed and a 50” Roku TV. The other bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed, air hockey table & its own 50” Roku TV. The washer/dryer closet is also located in this back bedroom for all of your laundry needs..

Upstairs Master: The upstairs master features a king bed, a large walk in closet and private bathroom as well as your own smart TV. Everything you’ll need to unplug and unwind during your stay in the mountains



Other things to note

All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

- 2 Vehicles recommended 3 Max

- You will likely see and hear critters
- Bears are dangerous
- The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with most every cabin in the area.

The access to this cabin is up a STEEP hill. While it is accessible by any 2WD or 4WD vehicle (subject to snow & ice), this cabin may not be for you if you do not enjoy mountain driving.

This cabin is equipped with smart TVs and plenty of internet to stream on all devices. Cable is NOT provided.

No Pets. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

Property has a front security camera for the safety of the cabin and each guest.

If you see a bear please don't feed it as they are wild animals.

Great location for Dollywood visit!

Location, location location
This property was a great find. The cabin was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The best part of this cabin is it's location. Close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other friends and family.

This cabin was amazing! Exactly as described online and perfect for our small family. We had four adults and one child stay two nights. The cabin was spacious and very comfortable. Our kid especially loved the air hockey table and the bunk beds. Our hosts were very accommodating and checked in with us to ensure our stay was great! Would definitely recommend!

Convenient Location
We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, we had all we needed to cook bfast each day and our 7 yr old enjoyed the hot tub. Our only challenge was on arrival day, the sign for the cabin was not visible. After two turnarounds to see house #s on either side, we found it. The sign had fallen off the post. The location was perfect for us; we spent most of our time in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Thanks for hosting us!

Overall Good Cabin
Overall the cabin was great. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. Will say that the cleaning company doesn’t appear to dust regularly. Outdoor fireplace propane tank was empty. Master bed was very creaky. Minor things that didn’t really impact an otherwise great stay. Would rent again!

32nd anniversary trip
The stay at the cabin was perfect! Everything was just as described in the listing. Tyler made a point to check in and make sure we had everything that we needed and even immediately took care of replacing the propane for the grill and fire pit when we notified him they were empty.

Great Location! Everything we needed!
Communication with Tyler was easy. He always responded fast. The cabin is on a tall hill as others mentioned but we had no problem accessing with a truck (not 4-wheel drive) and Honda Pilot SUV in low gear. It is secluded but close driving distance to everything! There was plenty of room for our vehicles. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. I would only suggest you bring plastic (non-breakable) cups to use in the hot tub and maybe a beach towel/ bath robe/slippers if you decide to use the hot tub in winter. Burrr….Beds were all very comfortable. Great floor plan for families that want to spend quality time together!!

Wonderful getaway to relax, reset and recharge
My husband and I decided to take our first vacation in 14 years with just the two of us ( we have three sons!) We could not have picked a more perfect place. It was quiet, secluded and cozy but very easy to get to town for restaurant pick ups. The entire stay was effortless and that is exactly what we needed! This is a cabin you won’t want to miss!

Great Cabin
Great cabin and so close to everything, really clean property and property manager was very responsive to all communications. The only downfall would be the driveway and I recommend you have either 4 wheel drive as it is a steep climb and it was pretty washed out but other than that it was an amazing family vacation and I would stay here again.

A beautiful Stay
We couldn’t have picked a better place! The place was absolutely beautiful and you can hear the creek from the cabin...if you are like us that sound is really relaxing....it did not take us long to get to Pigeon Forge or to Gatlinburg....and the managers are really easy to get ahold of! We most definitely made some beautiful memories on this vacation... and we can’t thank them enough for letting us stay at their cabin

Enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was lovely, quiet and secluded and inside photos were very representative of the space. The distance to the parkway, Dollywood and tourist-type restaurants are about 20-25 minute drive along very beautiful windy roads. The access road to the cabin was a bit rough and we recommend you have a 4-wheel drive to ascend the very steep driveway. We had two family vehicles, one was able to make the climb while the other had to park at the bottom of the hill. Additionally, our GPS had difficulty finding the right road and we ended up in several other driveways prior to getting to the right cabin. One minor improvement would be to blow off the porch/outdoor furniture from collected tree debris prior to check-in as all the chairs were covered with debris that appeared to be there for a while (not freshly fallen debris), making it difficult to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors without an extensive cleaning process first (the only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness). Overall we enjoyed our time and the hosts were lovely and very responsive.
