This charming farmhouse cottage in Severna Park is a family-friendly rental with room enough for 2 families traveling together. There is room for 6 adults and 4 kids/teens and a sunny back deck off the kitchen. Bring the family bikes, and hop on the B&A Trail just block from the home, and head less than a mile into the quaint Severna Park town to Big Bean Coffee, Froyo House and Squisito Pizza!

The main floor features a combined family/dining room, three bedrooms, a Full Bath, Kitchen and deck off the kitchen. Head downstairs to the perfect hangout space with bunk beds, a Queen Futon, Flatscreen TV and another Full bath.

There is parking for 2 total cars between the driveway and on the street in front of the house. Located in Severna Park, walk just down the street to get on the B&A Trail or go for a bike ride just a mile to eat at one of the local restaurants. This home is wonderful for families and friends coming in for that special Naval Academy or boat show event, or wanting to take in the sights and sounds of Greater Annapolis. Enjoy the many restaurants, historical attractions, and shops just a short drive from downtown Annapolis.

House Rules
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home and the owners do come back from time to time to stay in their property. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

Severna Park home
We enjoyed staying at this house. The location was perfect for me. The house was clean and well maintained. I liked sitting on the back porch with a cup of coffee in the morning.

The home was is a residential neighborhood. Adequate rooms, although no private bathroom for the Master bedroom. The one upstairs bathroom is very small that all adults shared. No television in any of the bedrooms. Had great WIFI. Insufficient linens. My husband did laundry twice a day to make sure we all had towels and wash rags. I realize not everyone takes two showers a day but I have since I was a teenager and so does my daughter. We were given one towel and one wash rag per person, seems as though there was less wash rags. There was no laundry basket to carry all this laundry back and forth up and downstairs. We made breakfast one morning and find only one pot holder. The downstairs area was great for teenagers to have their own space. There was starter kcups, creamer, sugar, sugar substitute. We had to take out all trash or would be fined $150. The problem is the trash bags were so terrible we had to go buy more because there were two in the home and they just ripped when you put anything in them. It was nicely decorated. We were very disappointed in the linen situation and basic necessities. The toilet paper was the cheapest of the cheapest. I get it’s a rental property but when you are paying the kind of money we paid to rent the home, make sure the basic necessities are there like trash bags that don’t fall apart, terrible toilet paper, and adequate linen. Having to make sure all trash was out was a bit much. You pay a cleaning fee so not sure what much is left for the cleaner. We had to add another night and the managers responded very quickly and worked that out for us, which was much appreciated! I text about missing prescription reading glasses but did not receive follow up.,

Comfy Cozy
We were two families, totaling 8 guests. Kids and teens hung out in the basement, perfect setting for them. Adults upstairs. House was very welcoming and property manager very responsive. Loved the house!

Warm welcoming house in pleasant area.
The house sleeps 10 people with very comfortable beds for 6. An ideal house for 6 people with a comfortable settee which seats 4 and a dining table which seats 6. Due to a staircase leading straight down behind an unlockable door to the basement, I wouldn’t recommend the house for families with young children. Very good communication with the owner and property manager.

Nice home away from home.
We needed a place to stay while moving, and this whole house met our needs. The owners communicated well and provided everything we needed, including extra ant traps. The location is fantastic, right next to the Baltimore-Annapolis Trail.

Cozy and quiet
Six of us stayed while visiting family in the area. It had everything we needed and was quiet comfortable. Great collection of books and movies plus wifi and cable TV. Only 15 minutes to Annapolis. Very nice neighborhood and close to anything we needed.

Cute, cozy, clean and convenient!
This cute home is super cozy and very clean. It is convenient to USNA and in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings are new and definitely channel Chip and Joanna Gaines. The beds and linens were quite comfortable and the back deck is great! The owners were responsive and even left a welcome gift. We would certainly rent this comfy home again. Thank you!
