Över 1000 kvadratmeter avkopplande, välutrustad perfektion inbäddat vid foten av Pike Place Market, tvärs över gatan från Seattle Waterfront, Aquarium och Pier 62. Badrum: Tidig storstads tunnelbana kakel, Stort badkar med dusch, täljstenstäckad fåfänga och Stor klädkammare. Sinken och toaletten är separerade från dusch / badkar genom fickeldörrar. Detta underlättar om du har mer än en person redo i taget.

Underhållning: 48 "platt-TV på svängbart fäste, DVD-spelare, Direct Satellite TV, Gratis WiFi.

Från och med 2016 har vi nu ett bärbart AC-ventil beläget i vardagsrummet för vår bärbara luftkonditionering. En av de positiva punkterna till att byggnadens exteriör återställdes! (Nästan inga byggnader, mindre än 5% i Seattle har Central Air Conditioning) Så vi är en av Lucky One!

Också vara medveten om att detta är en stadsmiljö. I någon Urban Core kan du förvänta sig att höra gatubelysning, ofta sent på kvällen. Om en tyst utomhusmiljö är viktig för dig, är det kanske inte det bästa stället för dig att bo i downtown Seattle (eller någon storstad för den delen). Eventuella frågor om detta, fråga! Vi vill att våra gäster ska vara lyckliga.

Parkering: (1) Privat parkeringsplats i underbyggnad garage (begränsad till endast kompakt eller medelstora bilar) i ett säkert parkeringsgarage. Om du har en lastbil eller stor SUV, vet du att den inte passar!

Transport: Busshållplats runt hörnet, Färja bara 5 kvarter söder, kryssningsfartyg terminal bara 2 kvarter norr, Marina tvärs över gatan, och taxi stationer bara ½ block norr. Även Light Rail är bara 4 kvarter öster på hörnet av 3: e och Pine. Vi hyr inte ens en bil längre. Vi tar bara Light Rail från flygplatsen till Westlake Union Station. Gå sedan fyra kvarter till lägenheten. Det tar ungefär 40 minuter att komma till eller från flygplatsen till West Lake Union Station. Kostnaden är ungefär $ 3. 00 varje sätt per person.

Sevärdheter: Myrtle Edwards Park (vattnet vägen bra för promenader, jogging eller en trevlig cykeltur), kryssningsfartyg terminal eller attraktioner längs Waterfront. Seattles bästa restauranger, barer och kaféer (över 700) ligger mindre än 5 minuters promenad från lägenheten. Promenera, cykla eller köra till en färja till Bremerton, Vashon Island, West Seattle eller Bainbridge Island.

Cirka. 15 minuters promenad till Safeco & Century Link Stadiums (Exakt 1. 1miles)

Nedre våningen från Pike Place Market (Det brukade vara konkreta steg upp till Market Place men de är borta nu på grund av att 70 miljoner dollar uppgraderas till Pike Street Market! Det finns en hiss i parkeringshuset strax söder om vårt byggnad.(Bara gå in och gå längst till vänster. Du ser det där.)

Comfortable stay near Pike Place
Comfortable bed, plenty of amenities and toiletries, easy to get go and very close to Pike Place and the pier walk. Only minor complaint is the lack of view and occasional noise.

Extra touch of hospitality
The location, right in the bay, short walking distance from Pike Place Market, the aquarium, and the ferry terminal, speak for themselves. The extra mile of hospitality stands out- bottle of wine, umbrellas, etc. Jeri was so helpful and we felt at home.

BEST STAY EVER!
Almost certainly the nicest VRBO rental we've experienced! Great downtown waterfront location directly "below" Pike Place Market. Very tastefully decorated, upscale comfortable furnishings, strikingly well-equipped kitchen including well-stocked pantry. Convenient, free on-site underground parking, Handicap-accessible with elevator and ramps at entrances, The owner (Jeri ) was extremely communicative, helpful and pleasant!

Great location
Property is beautiful and VERY close to most touristy things you may want to do in Seattle. Host is very communicative with clear instructions and very patient with me and my questions. This property is perfect for a family of 4. Instacart and Doordash are easily delivered if you need groceries. The property is super quiet, we only saw one resident our whole stay. However, if road noise bothers you, you should probably reconsider a city stay anywhere. With the new road construction there is a stop light that does shine directly in the upper windows of the living room, but not enough to disturb us, just keep that in mind. This condo is stunning with all of the amenities of home. We were able to do our laundry in unit, which was helpful and very convenient and even able to cook our family's traditional New Years Eve and Day meals easily. And if you forget anything at home, its more than likely there for you.Thank you to our hosts.

Lovely stay at the waterfront
My husband and I stayed for a few days. Great location right across from Pikes market. The place was very well stocked with everything you need. The check-in instructions were very detailed. The property owner was very nice and available for questions and sent a list of places to visit which were awesome.

Amazing place and location
Best place we have stayed at in a long time. Jeri was very accessible and provided us with places to eat and visit. Great location next to aquarium and on the waterfront. We felt very safe in the condo and all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were wonderful! I often have problems sleeping due to hard mattresses and uncomfortable pillows, but not here. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were close to restaurants/groceries at pikes market. Loved the place! I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely return.

Amazing stay on the waterfront in Seattle
This condo is amazingly decorated with a real Seattle feel. Super clean and comfortable accommodations. Bathroom and kitchen were amazing and the bed was comfy. Perfect location to easily get to the main sights in the city. Literally across the street from the waterfront fun and 70 steps outside the building brought us right up behind Pike Place Public Market. There certainly was urban noise, including being very close to the train tracks just as Jeri states in her listing but we live in the quiet suburbs and had no trouble acclimating and noise didn't wake or bother us. Pictures show exactly what you get, except for the view from the living room being different with an off ramp blocking the view from the living room windows. We LOVED the location and the view and any traffic from the new traffic pattern were not a problem at all for us, although we did not sit out on the nice patio. The building has superb security and the hostess Jeri went above and beyond leaving a welcome bottle of wine and calling to check in and welcome us. You made us feel special. We will be back if we ever stay in Seattle again! Thank you so much <3

Great couples stay!
Loved this rental property. The space was comfortable and cozy and the location was ideal for us to walk and explore Seattle! We were also able to use the extra space (desk, dining table) to work remotely during our stay and the French doors to the bedroom made it easy for both of us to take calls at the same time. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Perfect location for cruise ships
It was a wonderful stay! We stayed there after a week in Alaska, for 2 nights pre 7 day cruise, so that we could wash our clothes in between. I had no idea how PERFECT the location was for our cruise! We checked out at the office and walked across the street to check in for our curise! We were close to everything I wanted to do- Bill Speidels underground tour, the Great Wheel, Pikes Market etc! We walked to everything! Wished the balcony had a view, but it didn't. The waterfront is just the location discription, not the view. Other than that, this was a perfect stay!

This condo has the BEST location. Didn't get the car back out of the spot until we left a week later...walked everywhere and it was great. We came for the weekend to do some sightseeing and to watch a baseball game. The condo is right on the wharf and right behind the condo is pikes market. Great location for doing all kinds of things. The condo is fully equipped and was set up perfect for two couples.

Week-long stay in Seattle
We loved the location of this vrbo! Being right on the pier allowed us to see and easily access all the things we wanted to do either on foot or by scooter. There is a free waterfront shuttle that stops right outside the condo that we used to go to T-Mobile Field. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked with the things we needed. There were three beautiful bouquets from Pikes waiting for us when we arrived! The beds were both very comfortable, and my daughter slept on the couch, which worked well for her. We visited Pike's place nearly every day, and we prepared crab and fish easily at the condo. The giant crabpot was a plus! I appreciated the availability of tide pods to do laundry! We did all kinds of touristy things and found the location to be excellent! The host was easy to contact and very helpful upon arrival when I was confused about where to check in. We felt safe and secure in this location with our kids! We had a blast.
