“Seaside was absolutely beautiful and The Homeowners Collection was so lovely to communicate with!! Our cottage was very cozy and fit our family needs! Some things are very dated on the property and could use some touch up or replacement based on the price point. We were overall very content and would stay in Seaside again!! The front porch was our favorite spot to start and end the day!”

“We loved it.. walking distance to the hub for restaurants, shopping, coffee, icecream or just a walk in the back neighborhoods. The bikes were a great addition.. easy riding because everything is flat. The beach access was easy and close by. Adorably decorated! We loved it! My only complaint is that internet was down when we were there. Designated parking was perfect!”
