This stylish and newly furnished condo offers stunning river views and is just a short walk from the beach, the iconic Seaside Promenade, and a variety of local attractions, including restaurants, candy shops, a movie theater, arcade, aquarium, and more. Tucked inside a quiet, gated community, this home away from home is the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

Awesome property at gateway price with killer amenities and a great view

It was amazing! So happy to have lucked out on this property. So quiet And the river is beautiful.even though you can't see the ocean you sure can hear it and the beach is just a short walk away. 10/10 would recommend!

All about space

Has ample amount of space for our family, walk to the beach was easy. However, a little far from promenade and restaurants. The view of the river was nice. Property is well maintained and street access was easy. Would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, with river view.

Very clean and comfortable place, well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prep meals (kinfes, dishes, pots, etc.). Arcade table (game) kept keeds occupied. Gas fire place and balcony are nice features to enjoy. Furniture was like new condition. Check in was easy. Location is few min away from beach and downtown strip.Would definitely recommend and come back.

Gorgeous property with a beautiful view.

Super modern gorgeous condo, with a view of the river right off the deck. Loved that they take pets, and that it was just a short walk to the beach or the prom for shopping. Only two minor issues, one with the toilet that got fixed the very next morning. The other being no television the entire day, but they did compensate us With a late check out, which was very kind. Every communication through text was responded too quickly, except for whether or not the repair guy was coming for the TV. Didn’t receive notice of that until the evening before we left. But everything else was excellent

End of Summer Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at your property. It was clean, quiet and we enjoyed the river view from the deck each evening. Plus the beach, shopping and restaurants were close by. We would definitely love to stay again!

Great location with great views

We were in town for a wedding and were looking for somewhere close to venue and town to stay. Boy, did we get lucky with this spot. The beds were very comfortable, the sitting area was perfect sized, and a kitchen full of cooking utensils and gadgets made life easy. The patio was a great spot for morning coffee, night caps, and everything in between. Checkin and out were clear and easy. Parking was gated and secure which was a huge plus.

Lovely Setting

Really liked the floor plan of this condo. And the view out the living room windows of the river and nearby bridge were beautiful. Also liked the short interesting walk to the beach. We had a couple of minor issues but the property manager responded appropriately.

Lovely condo in the river, beautiful sunset.

Even it it wasn't right on the beach it was an easy drive down to the northern most beach access point. Kids loved the arcade system, my wife and I loved the deck at sunset or drinking coffee in the morning out on the deck. The kitchen was fairly well equiped, although basically no essentials other than a spice rack so bring your own staples. The water dispenser and ice maker were inoperative but there were four ice trays which was sufficient. No beach gear or towels (which would have been nice) so bring your own. Beds were comfy and the AC worked well to cool the place down, there's also fans in each bedroom available. We'll happily stay again, had a very memorable stay in seaside!

Perfection

I always have some anxiety when ever I stay at a new place. And It didn't take long to put any worries to bed about this place. The location isn't too far from anything. My family likes to walk over trying to drive anywhere in Seaside, so the location worked well for us. The space was clean and had everything we could have ever needed. It was very comfortable and was a pleasure to stay in. We have two small dogs as well and the pet area for them out back worked out very well. Over all our stay was perfect.

The Happy Clam was absolutely perfect for our week together. Beautiful house. Amazing location. Fantastic communication with manager and owner. Tidal pools, sunsets, a beach bonfire, Tilammok, Cannin Beach….so many wonderful memories! We had 12 adult to 14, and 3 toddler/infant. The house was perfectly sized and accommodating for all of us to be comfortable. Thank you!

Cozy and Comfy, want to come back!

My bestie and I had a little getaway here and loved how cozy the condo was. We both said that we wanted to bring our little families back for separate vacations. The place seemed clean and organized. We needed to rewash a couple of the cutting boards, and we found a couple of lost earrings in the carpet and a few hairs from previous tenants. But it was easily manageable, and we loved its proximity to everything. We felt safe. I hope to return with my hubby soon and share the beautiful view of the peaceful river.
