Denna vackra villa nyligen listades totalrenoverades sommaren 2018! Denna obefläckade två säng med utsikt över tennisbanorna har två badrum en frisk öppen Low Country-känsla. Den inbjudande graniten i köket till de vackra trägolv överallt, packa dina väskor och lämna dina bekymmer bakom!

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en platt-TV, gästsviten är också en kung!

Vardagsrummet och köket öppnar upp till en solterrass och ett rymligt däck med utsikt över vackra palmer och lera tennisbanor!

Kabel och wifi tillhandahålls utan kostnad.

Bekvämlighetskort som ger dig tillgång till Seabrook Island Club: s anläggningar kan köpas mot en daglig eller veckovis avgift. ($ 150 veckor eller $ 25 dagar) (För hela villaboende.) Detta kort ger dig tillgång till Beach Club vid poolen (säsongsöppen), Pelican's Nest utomhus (säsongsöppen), Pelican's Nest utomhusrestaurang / bar (säsongsöppen), Island House restaurang / bar, golf och tennis. Ytterligare avgifter debiteras för alla aktiviteter utom användning av utomhuspooler. Club Amenity Card tillåter också tillgång till Lake House-faciliteterna (utomhuspool / inga avgifter; inomhuspool / gym / avgifter tillkommer).

Perfect!
The condo was just as described! Super clean! Well stocked. It provided us with everything we needed. Communication with Molly was fantastic! No problems! The island was amazing! We LOVED the wildlife, the beaches, and the overall vibe of the island. The people were all lovely and it was so nice to be secluded! I can’t say enough good things! It was perfect! Thank you!

Beach getaway with college friends
This was a beautiful and clean property, perfect for 4 friends to reunite and spend a lovely week together! It was great to be located so close to the entrance of the resort and Molly was a great host, very helpful with answering all questions. Beds and furniture were comfortable and plenty of space to relax and spend quality time together. Would love to return!

All around terrific
The condo is pristine and very enjoyable. Light and airy with a great view of the tennis courts and right across the street from the Lake House where the gym, indoor pool and outdoor pool are located. Two bedrooms each with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. Modern washer dryer and all new kitchen appliances. Good internet and television. Host is very accessible and makes things very easy. Super Charming place and I highly recommend it.

Lovely visit
The rental was lovely in size, location and amenities. We couldn't have asked for a nicer host, as well. One thing that did not make our stay the absolute best was that the AC was not working. The thermostat and/or program/system didn't work properly, causing temps close to 80* on our important wedding event days.

The minute we walked in we were extremely impressed. It was very clean and loved the decor. It felt so homey and everything you needed and more was there. Loved the comment book about our stay where you could read what and where others who stayed there were from. We just made ourselves at home. The grounds were very clean and people were quite friendly. I would highly recommend this Villa.

Lovely Getaway!
The condo and Seabrook Island are both beautiful! The condo is gorgeous and vey comfortable with everything we needed for our group of four. It is close to the beautiful beach and also close to Charleston. The owners were super helpful and communicative. We would definitively stay again!

Upgraded and prime location.
We loved being within walking distance of the lake house, pool, basketball courts, playground, tennis courts, and equestrian center. These provided great evening entertainment for our daughter after a long day on the beach! The villa was gorgeous and perfect for us.

Mini Vacay
We loved it here! Host was very responsive and helpful. The villa was super clean and so pretty! Loved the location and the pool right across the street was clean and relaxing. Plenty of space. We were in town to see the Dave Matthews Band concert in Charleston and my husband's birthday. We spent a day in Charleston. We didn't mind the 45 min drive at all since our area was so nice. We frequented Java Java at Freshfield Village which was very close. The grocery store and gas station there were so convenient. Though we had to drive to it, the beach access wasn't bad at all. It stormed and raining the first few days, but the armtmosphere more than made up for it. The Salty Dog restaurant was right down the road. It has amazing views! You can't tell from the front of the restaurant. You really have to go in and check it out. Great vibe! Overall, an excellent, stress free getaway. Would love to return!

Nice visit!
You can’t go wrong with Seabrook Island! Especially great location if you are a tennis or pickle ball player. The outdoor pool at the Lake House (right across the street) was beautiful and did not require an amenity card. As far as we could tell, the indoor pool was only for laps or classes not just swimming for fun. The condo was well appointed, beautifully decorated, and clean. The drive to the beach is scenic and several beach access points to choose from to walk to beach.

The condo was wonderful and very clean. It was stocked well and comfortable. The community was further from Charleston than I expected and the amenities were separate and expensive IMO - (not the fault of the host, I should have researched more.).

Spacious property
We stayed during Christmas and this property was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, nicely renovated with very comfortable king beds. Lots of indoor/outdoor living. The owner was proactively communicative and quick to respond. My only complaint was that the barbecue was unavailable (perhaps only seasonably available?), but a three hour early check in more than made up for that! My husband and I will absolutely stay here again, it was wonderful!
