“Customer service was outstanding throughout our process! The location is excellent ski in/ski out. The garage is great - warm, with boot warmers and wall brackets for the skis. The home is not very bus accessible, and walking on the road isn't a safe option, so we used a lot of taxis. The home was generally as expected, clean and comfortable. “Plenty of room for 10 of us to spread out. TONS of kitchen utensils and gadgets for cooking. Beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows, bedding and towels available. One thing to note is you have to haul your own garbage and recycling and the center is only open during the day so when we had to leave at 5am we had to take our little bag of garbage from the night...
