Bright apartment inside a villa with a large seafront terrace, just 20 meters from the beach in Donnalucata, Scicli.

This bright apartment, located on the first floor of a villa, opens to an access room overlooking the terrace. The living area consists of a spacious living room with sofa and chairs, in addition to a big wooden table where to enjoy delicious meals with a seaview. The kitchen is independent and well-equipped, fitted also with an oven and a microwave. The sleeping area comes with three bedrooms with queen size beds, access to the balcony and air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub, and a laundry area. A wonderful terrace of 80 square meters furnished with chairs and an outdoor dining area, completes the apartment. At guests’ disposal there is also free Wi-Fi and heating.

For wild nature and sea lovers, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. Also, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola, the fisherman village of Marzamemi and Isola delle Correnti, an eye-catching landscape where Mar Ionio and the Strait of Sicily meet. Sicily is beautiful: a wild land with a long past and it is impossible to forget at first glance.
