"It was a nice hotell with a helpful staff. The location is good, just 15 minutes walking to the lake and the city's buzz. We lived in a suite premium with a partly lake view. No point to pay for a full lake view as it's far away. Currently the view is spoiled by the building works and a big crane next to the hotell. The breakfast was boring, all the same and not so much to choose from. You need to ask the restaurant staff to make you something you like, and they are helpful. Ask for coffee from the kitchen, it's better than from the coffee machine in the dining hall. The water in the pool was cold as well. The indoors pool is warmer. "

"The beds are awful, it is double bed room but two single beds are seperered each other. Also, the staff had really bad behaviour. I need a knife for my cake on my birthday time and ask for the one that I can use it but she gave me the plastic one and asks for pay! Except the staff in the morning which had a better behaviour towards us. But the location and view was perfect."
