“This is a self service hotel without any cozyness or nice vibe. Cold and unpersonal. It was a complicated check-in where you have to scan passport and send verification codes and use What's App to do things. I hated it! There is a front door without a window and then you get in to the stairs case or elevator. But you get nowhere without completing the digital check in. No personal at the hotel to ask or get help from. We got a room without any windows where you could look outside, instead there...
