“Condo was very nice for 2 adults. Great location just across the street from the beach and public access. Partial view of the ocean from balcony. Walking distance to at least a couple of restaurants. Beaches are beautiful!”

“The room was very nice. Condo association needs to repair things at the building. Down to one working elevator, out of three, I believe. Wires hanging for ceiling of elevator, broken air conditioner, I believe. Big pool was closed and had a broken pump for 2 weeks at least by talking to other guests. Looks like overall the grounds were nicely kept.”

“Stayed here for a few days over Spring Break. Apt is as described in listing and pictures. Great location directly on beach and first floor of condo. Rental agency very organized with great communication. 100% would stay here again! ”

“I enjoyed my 4 nights at this location! Top floor balcony has a nice view of the main road and some areas of the Gulf. Close to many things in Destin which is nice. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of silverware and plates, although you will need coffee filters if you plan to use the machine. The couch should be updated. The TV cable did not work but it was not an issue for me. This location only has public beach access so they don't supply any beach equipment. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and...

“We wanted to be right on the beach so this location was perfect. There were a few issues but overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit and furnishings are outdated. The frame on the sliding, mirrored closet door was all rusty on the bottom & the carpet in the closet was dirty. The base trim in the hall, bedroom & main bathroom was dirty. The side of the vanity in the main bathroom is deteriorating. The property is managed by RealJoy Vacations. The gate code for access to the beach was not included...
