“Loved the condo! Loved the neighborhood it is in, my kids rode bikes and we rented a golf cart! It takes less than a minute to get to the beach. The road to cross is rarely busy. Maintenance issue with the main pool gate that the owner responded to and followed up with immediately. Fit 5 of us just fine and we plan to come back!”

“This property location was amazing. We have stayed at this property before, not this room but the property. We did NOT like the bed and the feeling we were sleeping on plastic. Every time you move it makes noise: I get trying to preserve the mattress but this is a bit much. We will NOT book this room again!! We have stayed at this property and rebooked rooms we loved. This was not one of those. Take the plastic off the bed and we would love to comeback.”

“We had a nice stay with our family at the condo. Excellent communication with the property manager and anytime something happened they would check in. The Edgewater facility has made updates to make it nicer. A few things to note is I believe the owner might have a dog, there is dog hair in the cushions of the furniture so if you’re allergic be mindful. ”

“Perfect time to visit the beach. Having the beach chair setup was extra nice. Be early to claim your chairs before the front row gets taken! The condo was very clean with extra kitchen condiments to cook. Linda was an excellent host and responded quickly! ”

“Best beach ever! We are already planning our next stay. Pompano Joe's is a must. Cond was clean and comfortable. Whoever is next, enjoy the inflatable raft we left behind.”

“I went to room 207 with my girlfriend and came back engaged to her! The view is amazing. White sand , emerald water that turns clear when you enter it. We went in April and the beach had plenty of room, not crowded at all, very private. The bbq was convenient and in good order. Overall we were pleased with our stay and the access to the beach. We plan on returning in the future!”

“Very nice and comfortable stay. Beach access was very close and convenient especially when you have lots of toys and chairs to carry. I appreciated that beach chairs were provided in the condo, it was one less thing we had to pack ourselves. ”

“We loved the condo. Large and spacious. It is the farthest unit from the pool and beach. For most, that wouldn't be an issue, but my sister just had a hip replacement so it was a very long walk for her. We had to drive to park near a closer unit and walk from there. We still loved our stay and would visit again! it was a long ”
