This newly renovated 4 bed, 2 bath home is just a 5 minute walk from the beach! All the amenities you could possibly want and more! All brand new furnishings in every room! Feel our beachy vibe whether you are sitting in the living room relaxing or sleeping in one of 4 new bedrooms, complete with memory foam mattresses and brand new flat screen TV's in each. Backyard includes patio set, grill and chiminea. Ping pong table in the garage for your enjoyment. If you would like to relax by calmer water for a few hours there are 2 rivers less than a 5 minute drive with public access for fishing and boating. Sunsets to the west of the property will not disappoint you over the tops of the palm trees and the rivers. Our amenities should meet every one of your needs while you are enjoying your vacation with us!

Very nice!
On the day of our stay I still had not received the code to enter the property. I called the number listed and the voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. I went to the VRBO messages where Neil and I had previously been in communication and reached out there with no response. I called VRBO who also reached out to the property manager without success. I’m not going to lie, I was very nervous due to a recent poor review. However, it wasn’t long before Will reached out with a phone call and put me at ease. We received the property at 4pm as previously agreed for a short 3 night stay. It was clean, comfortable, had plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Except for trash bags. There we no trash bags and we didn’t realize it until our last night there so I’m sorry we left the cans without bags when we left. Will, thank you for letting us stay at your property. It was very nice and quiet and perfect for the short stay that we needed.

Be very careful!
Booked the property in early fall for week following Christmas. Communicated with manager in fall, no problems mentioned. No communication for check in until the day WE WERE TRAVELING TO FLORIDA. The. He proceeded to tell me that the property is only available for rent for 90 days or longer and wasn’t sure how I was able to rent it for a week. This was not mentioned ANYWHERE or on the site, or in communication with him earlier.He also stated that he would help us find another property since we were only 3 hours away at the time and that he would refund us AND send a couple hundred dollars through Venmo because “he felt so bad.” He did not find us another place nor send the extra cash. When it came time to refund, he only sent the money for the stay, he first held back taxes and fees including a cleaning fee!! I brought this to his attention and he said it was VRBO. They said not. So then he phoned back and said he was working with them and they needed me to cancel my stay from my side. I called them immediately. They stated he was doing that to avoid being penalized by them as a host. I refused and was EVENTUALLY refunded all of my money. Very shady character. If this had been peak season when hotels were booked, we would have been stranded. USE EXTREME CAUTION WITH ANY PROPERTY HE MANAGES.

Excellent everything was great
Great location for us 2 blocks from family reunion. Great place to watch launch. Only issue we had was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Beautiful decorations and Very Very comfy matresses! We felt very much at home. Great idea at checkout is to make some rules about stripping the beds and used towels to go into garage, and to make sure portable air conditioner is turned off. We really enjoyed this home.

Our experience was very good. Proximity to the beach was great. We was able to text and get any answers to questions right away. There were beach goodies located at the house that we were able to utilize during our beach days which was great since we were flying and unable to bring things like that.

Summer Vacation
Our stay here was perfect! The host was very helpful and communicated with us promptly for all of our needs. Just a quick walk to the beach where we played in some of the biggest waves we’ve seen! The house was quaint and suited our needs perfectly! The beds were cozy, with plenty of extra linens available. This is a great little VRBO choice to consider!

I had reserved the house from a Sunday through Saturday morning. I was unable to make it on that Sunday. I had messaged the property manager a couple of times. I heard nothing back. When we were five hours away I got the codes and what not. He was very friendly and said he could extend my stay till that Sunday. We were ecstatic. He said he didn’t want to jip us out of money. He was going to call the cleaners and give me a call back. He didn’t call again. We had a great time knowing that we didn’t loose a day. Friday night came around and we still hadn’t heard anything. I text him are we still able to leave Sunday and he said yes that is when my reservation was until. We thought awesome it’s true. It wasn’t. He texted saying he apologizes and we are good through Saturday morning and if we wanted to stay it would be another night. So we packed up Friday night and left Saturday morning about 950am The oven wouldn’t turn on and the grill was out of gas. Overall I would stay another time. There was a few items that was left behind from previous renters.

What a GREAT stay

Very enjoyable stay
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is well equiped with everything from beach items to kitchen cooking needs. It is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Seagull Park beach is a short 10 minute walk and South Patrick Community Park is very close for those who enjoy a nice walk on a paved trail. Questions were quickly answered by the property manager. We'll definitely be back.

Super close to the beach!
We had a great time at this property and would definitely rent again. Had to ask for WiFi info and check out info (rather than just being provided) and there are a couple neighborhood houses that are run down but otherwise it was great.

Great house for under 8 people.
Great amenities, most of what u need for a Florida vacation is there. Only problem is all of the electrical outlets in the kitchen are on one breaker so you can not run more than one appliance at a time.

Perfect stay
This house exceeded our expectations. Everything seems brand new. The beds were all great, the house is very clean. So many great touches. We loved the ping pong in the garage! The location is wonderful. Close to cocoa and satellite is a ton of fun. So close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway
Great location, just steps from the beach. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the outside barbecue area and private fenced in backyard. Close to restaurants and shopping. The host is responsive and very accommodating. We had a Great time staying here.
